I feel like so much dating advice boils down to self love. When one truly has self love, they are content with self, don't need anyone, is assertive, self respect, speaks their truth, is humble, passionate about life, confident in their own body and personality, strong minded and so much more. Love everyone, treat everyone the same and forgive all the shit things that trigger you. Works for me. so far im doing a good job on all these points. After battling with my self for a long time. I no longer and jealous, clingy or indecisive.
Good job. I was all 3 of those things with my first girlfriend, and I had to break up with her to realize my own faults.
Jealousy is also bad because it can make your fears a reality. For example, if you tell your girlfriend you don't like her being around one of her guy friends, you're basically giving the guy a free pass out of the friendzone because she'll now see him in a new sexual light.

My issues are being indecisive and showing no friends. For the former, it was only when I should've gone for the kiss...3 times. For the latter, I was asking her to join me for things but didn't communicate it would be with my friends. She also thought every suggestion to do something I gave was for that one week when in reality I was talking about weeks later.
This list should include the following:

Being on the phone/checking emails all the time.

Not taking care of one's self medically - Never going to the doctor/everything's fine
No integrity
Being cheap
Needless to say, this list applies to men AND women. It is just common basic sense, imho.

That thought crossed my mind with your statement. He mentioned two fears of implementing these techniques. I believe there is a third fear that is brought up in your statement....the fear of having to literally jump through all these hoops (even though they do benefit us personally in our own self development and self improvement) and inspite of that, we still don't attract a lot of these females and still get rejected....all this work for little to no reciprocation. This should be a mutual two-way street for both males and females. So what are females doing or need to do to create and maintain mutual attraction? That is the real question.

Most women get themselves educated or at least find something interesting to do as men want us to be independent….then we have to look pretty and some even go to the extent of putting on makeup and buying expensive stuff …..then we have to take care of you by cooking and cleaning your place and take care of your children etc. So don’t be one sided come asking what women are doing.🤨

Guys, don't wear cologne. A guy fresh out of the shower smelling like soap is a major turn on for most women. Most guys put too much on cologne. It's overwhelming. It competes with the woman's cologne, too. Unless a woman says she likes a particular cologne, don't use it. I am in the medical field in a small office. We have a few male patients that wear too much cologne (and a few women that wear strong perfume) & the smell ALWAYS goes from the waiting room, past the front desk and into the treatment room. We have to open the windows each time. AND we even open the windows as they are walking in the office. Happens every time. Even then, I can't talk to these patients without coughing. Just smell like fresh soap, guys. Keep it simple.

Using soap is fine. Spraying yourself head to toe with cologne is a whole other issue however. I had to learn the hard way back in middle school when I first tried out cologne, and I sprayed it all over my body head to toe and the entire classroom was sneezing and wondering whose cologne it was. So now I just do 1 spray to my neck and that's usually it.

@trip advice in you encouraging us to be ourselves and not be indecisive...I now offer you a decisive question. You mentioned two fears that may make males hesitant in either taking your Hooked course or at least implementing some the techniques you mentioned. A lot of women don't since what they conciously SAY they want to respond to and what they actually subconsciously respond to in us men are diametrically opposite. They need to understand themselves in relation to us just as much as we need to understand ourselves in relation to them....and a lot of women are not taught that. Again it takes both to put in the work....not just us doing all the work.

@@mariusrs if you just respond a few times and end the conversation without being weird about it girls are usually okay with that. They usually just want to check in and hear back from you. If you have imessaging, you can use the double tap feature and give her messages a heart. it indicates you don't want to just keep talking but you're not ignoring her.

But Tripp, what if you are a naturally anti-social person without feeling much of a need to socialize? And you don't really believe in friendshp because it never really worked for you? And it's not like I haven't tried to make them work, trust me. I don't know, perhaps there is something wrong with me but dealing with people is most of the time nothing but a nuisance for me. But then again, how can I expect a relationship to work out if that's the case? Chances are like little to none, heh. Relationships are just like friendships with spice and romance added on. If you can´t make or maintain friends you most likely wont be able to have a healthy relationship. Maybe start with having friends of both sexes and then look for a girlfriend (that requires better social skills than making friends)

Now that you are an adult you can participate in social activities that go better with your type of personality and interests, and be pro active in the persuit of friendship first, girlfriend later.
