A question about the Charger1. Is it the case that the Bluetti AC 200L and the AC 70 or others have to be set to fast charging mode in the menu so that the Charger 1 can output the full 560 watts? That's the only way I can do it. It's not mentioned anywhere. If it's set to standard charging, a lot less watts arrive. Thanks in advance for an answer.
Hello Is it the case that the Bluetti AC 70 has to be set to turbo charging mode in the menu so that the Charger 1 can output the full 500 watts? That's the only way I can do it.
Yes, that may be correct. I get about 450W with it in standard. You’d have to refer to Bluetti support to confirm as the max wattage per charge profile is not listed in the manual.
The manual does not explicitly mention it, but I imagine it would work and you'd get 5 amps on each leg. Definitely a question for the chat support on their website if you want to know for sure.
Mine stays on for about 30 minutes. If yours stays on longer than that it may be that the static voltage on your battery is too high for the unit to tell that your engine is off. You should pull up the charger in the app with bluetooth and it will tell you what voltage it reads off your alternator and whether or not the unit is in charging mode.
@@WilderAdventures charging mode is off, battery shows 15.1 volts on the app, volts be pulled is 0.2 volts. Flashing green once every 4 seconds. Per the manual that means low battery volt. 15.1 is a good voltage. Not understanding this🤦♂️
@omraniben 15.1v is extremely high for a lead acid or agm starter battery. Even on a lithium battery the resting voltage is not supposed to be higher than 13.6v. On my agm starter it’s about 12.8. If your voltage is that high with the engine off I don’t think the charger1 will go into standby mode, but you should check with Bluetti support to make sure.
QUESTION WHAT HAPPENS WITH AUTO START STOP ON THE TRUCK? SHOULD WE DISABLE IT TO PREVENT CHARGER 1 FROM STOPPING AND STARTING EVERY TIME THE ENGINE STOPS WORKING? PLEASE ANSWER
I really don’t know the answer to this! If I had a start/stop car I would probably just use the cigarette lighter style charging cord for my portable power bank. - Paige P.S. Love the all caps and “PLEASE ANSWER”. This is some serious energy!
Yep, the EcoFlow is nice. But, we have lots of batteries so the variable voltage + standard connectors is a big plus for us. We have 5 power stations and the charger1 works with all of them! Thanks for watching.
@@WilderAdventures I have bluetti solar generators as well and it work with those generators. I enjoyed watching your video it came as a surprise that bluetti had came out with there own alternator charger.
I’ve got this on order with the cables for my “RoafRunner” setup. Working layouts until it comes in.
It's working now.

Cant believe bluetti didn't put the breaker on the source end of the cable harness. Wiring 101
I thought the same, there should be a fuse very close to the battery at least.

Can I charge two power station simultaneously with a split mc4 cable?

Does your light blink after the car is off? Mine stays blinking, I thought it’s was supposed to stop after 30 min

Do they sell the premade battery cable with the breaker?
They do but I believe it’s currently out of stock for about two weeks

It won't charge if the alternator isn't turning. You can disable start/stop or just let it turn on/off.. charge on/off.. 🤷♂️

I'm using the ecoflow alternator charger it get 800watts and it does reverse charging back to the car battery

It's not an alternative charger. It's a charger for the bluetti
It works with all 5 batteries we own, however it will not work with a 12 lithium or lead acid bank as the minimum charging voltage is over 15 volts.
Link INVALID for the Alternator Charger
Hmm, I just tested it and it worked on my end. Here's the link Bluetti gave us: bit.ly/4ezDeZx
