I was doing some research, sounds like Beckley. Different facilities are ran a little differently, even though both are FCI medium. In Gilmer there are lockdown, stand up counts, where as in another place like Butner medium, inmates just go to their door for count, no lockdown. You need a watch because not all units have a clock in them, medical , education will write shots for missed callouts, moves are typically 1 way moves and they are almost never called on time, especially if there’s stupid stuff going down, which happens a lot, all these COVID lockdowns the past 2 years were ridiculous, being in that cell locked down, you’re always wanting to know the time. You also need to report to work on time, or else that’s another shot.
Finally a gang name that's actually cool. Crip, Bloods, 18th St, Rollin 60s Crips, Mexican Mafia, Aryan this and that. None of them are cool sounding. Not like Ghost Shadow. Like a bunch of anime nerds got together and made a gang.

You do understand that there are crooked cops out there too, right? Not just that, you're getting bullied from all side. What are you going to do when law enforcement is not on your side?
