- Did Black Swan just reveal March's true identity? 🤔 After finishing the event, I caught an intriguing hint from Black Swan: "A Memokeeper who loves to record their memories on a camera." Remember when March 7th mentioned she takes photos "so she doesn't forget anything that I keep a photo of"? Could she be a Memokeeper? While there's no confirmation yet, the devs teased us by hiding March 7th's real name at the end of 2.2. I have a feeling the next update might finally give us the answer! Stay tuned! 📸✨

I mean the garden of recollection did talk to March and mentioned that there were some memories you don't want to uncover. I think it was one of her blue coded quests

It was her Companion Mission with Fu Xuan, where she tried using the Matrix of Prescience to help uncover her past.

@@davyb.a.d6863yeah, associating March with Fuli and the remembrance isn’t that far of a stretch, and is practically confirmed by the fact that the memo keepers are stopping March from obtaining her past memories, was found trapped in 6 phase ice, which presumably, would’ve killed any normal girl, and we have a memo keep inside the train, one which was probably sent their to watch March as a side mission, while also fulfilling her main mission.
Hell, March’s obsession with collecting memories through pictures, and photographing pratically everything matches The remebrance, and their goal of recording and preserving everything in the universe.
The idea that she’s has a connection is kinda obvious, it’s just a matter of what situation caused her to be sealed, and sent into space? And with that, if it was destined, or out of pure coincidence that she was found by the express crew?
Only time will tell, but according to current leaks (as I post this.) she’s suppose to become a melee dmger, and become a buffer, but that can easily be false leaks, so untill we see a confirmed kit introduction, or some sort of gameplay leak, we’re just going to have to wait and see.

You didn't read her story on her mission about reclaiming her memories? There's a chance that the Aeon itself sealed her memories, and in the process reclaiming it a memo keepers discouraged her from continuing because it's not worth it and it is a severe tragedy
Maybe march was a former memokeeper who recorded a disaster so bad Fuli had to seal it away

Memo keepers, as black swan describes it, are more spiritual creatures that are able to manipulate memoria, and the mind of others, being able to phase through walls, and memoria at will.
So far, march’s kit doesn’t match black swans, and even if we assume memokeeer’s powers are different, Black swan can’t interact with the real world; she doesn’t have a body anymore, since when u become a memo keeper, that’s one of the things you sacrifice, same with the memo keeper inside the express, while March still has one.
To add on, March doesn’t have a memory manipulation abilities like black swan, or the ability to phase through stuff, something the other memokeepers possess.
While we can possibly chalk that up to being that her memories were sealed, and powers as well, why does she have the ability to conjure Six phase ice, when all the other abilities have been sealed?
How, and why would a memo keep have an ability like that, when their main purpose is to record, and preserve the universe as records?
Also, why would they send out a former memo keeper, naked, and frozen in a block of ice into the unknown of space?!
That seems kinda dumb from the memokeeper’s perspective, since they know that she has dangerous info, and if left unchecked, could reawaken the memories of the past, and cause havoc; to add on, why not just keep her with them? She was a former ally, why lock her naked inside a block of ice? Instead of, idk, sending her to a normal planet? Or, letting her live a normal life with fake parents/rewrite her memories to think they’ve always been there?
I get ppl want March to be a memokeeper, but for the two memokeepers we’ve seen in-game, March just doesn’t match either of them, and if we apply the logic that she was once one of them, I don’t think everything/most things aligns, especially with sending one of your former comrades into the bare void of space without her powers, and without clothes, where she would probably die, since she now has a physical form again… (and memokeepers can/were human at one point..)
So I feel like something else is up here, like the leviathan Theory, or possibly even the idrilla theory, but it’s all just a stretch rn.

An aeon would never go against their own paths. Its either an outside force or the garden of recollection itself who erased her memories.
In the character quest with Fu Xuan in which you travel inside March 7ths subconscious mind to unlock her hidden memories, you encounter a memokeeper who stops you and march 7th from going deeper as she says there's nothing there but pain and suffering in her past, and that march should be instead looking towards her future.
She's probably connected to Fuli in some way.

@@kuroyami6289I think dude is give a slight backhand to the March is a memokeeper theory: memokeepers are suppose to be able to remember everything, and with that, also tell the truth, rewrite memories, and read them, and the fact that March doesn’t have those abilities, isn’t made of mostly memoria, has a physical body, and has six phase ice, something the other memokeepers we’ve seen not have, is a slight nod that we might be wrong in assuming she was once a memokeeper, especially with black swan and the memokeeper inside the express having no real reaction to March when u talk to them, so I feel like this theory is a bit of a stretch..

Well there's a rumor that she's an Emanator of the Aeon of Remembrance also could be the reincarnation of the Aeon of Beauty, as the Two Aeons are close to each other, Before the Aeon of Beauty vanished the Aeon of Remembrance tried to saved and preserved it's Memory, leading to March Rebirth

@@eeveefan132 Titania as in the past Empress of Glamoth. It would make a very wild parallel to Firefly because she is at least one of the Soldiers of the Iron Cavalry of Glamoth.
And the idea being that every Stellaron Hunter is in some way a parallel to one of the current Astral Express Members: Kafka->Himeko/Blade->Dan Heng/Firefly->March 7th...
It would also make sense in a way because the last time we touched storywise on Marches real identity was when she met one of these Swarm beasts within the Argenti quest. (Thou this could also be just a pure coincedence)
There is also the hint that march 7th alt Skin representet a Princess, this would fit the Idea of Titania.
If i am thinking about this, i would say it would make also sense if Firefly get revealed to be Titania. Because, lorewise Titania as Empress herself was powerless during the Glamoths exsistence, but she was the centerpice that comandet all of the Iron Cavalry telepathicly.
Both senarios are equaly interesting in thier own rights. The cool thing would be if March 7th would be Titania, than Firefly would have a real reason to hate her, as she would be kinda responsible for the downfall of an Entire Galactic Empire an be the reason for Fireflys and her race drasticly shortend livespan.
On the other hand if Firefly turns out to be Titania, than it would make sense why she is the only currently known survivor of the Iron Cavalry. We know that Titania
once revolted agains her own captivity. So Titinia might broke free and decidet to become one of the Soldiers of the Iron Cavalry, with that she would have taken on the same burden as any other their Soldiers.
But what i dont like about the Firefly Titania Theory is that Firefly in the story is outlined to feel like "she is nothing special", this would more aline with her being just one of the millions of Soldiers of Glamoths lost Empire and not the with being Titania, the Empress, literally the Heart of the Iron Cavalry of Glamoth.

Fireflys design is Fairy like. -> Titania is the Empress of Glamoth. -> We gave Glamoths empress the the fame of a famos fairy queen.

She obviously has a big connection to memories and the remembrance. She is ice, and was imprisoned in ice, while the aeon of the remembrance has an ice body
I like to think that the Memokeeper on the astral express keeps and eye on march although they can’t see them

Well... March's affilation to Rememberacne is shown in some way or another. After all she was freezed in a six-phased ice which is stated that it's really rare and the only Aeon so far that uses ice element is Fuli itself. In her side quest on Xianzhou Luofou (i dont know how to write it 😅) she was even stopped by a member of Garden of Recollection from retrieving her memories. So it all kinda hints that she was affiliated with Rememberance but who exactly? There are Cremators who destroys memories and Garden of Recollection who keep them. I think its more possible that she is somehow linked to Garden of Recollection. After all she keeps photographing everything which is kind of similiar to Light Cones in an old fashioned way.

There is also a light cone(quest item) that’s given to us that has “march 7th’s origin” on it from march herself(I think we got this after the matrix of prescience quest).March is so related to the rememberance that it’s hard to ignore
This actually kinda makes sense because one of the version livestream (when they were using heart rate monitors to answer questions), it’s said that when March recovers her memory her kit will function in the same way as the TrailBlazer’s and “she will get different powers based on her memories of the different places she had visited”

Possible, I mean, that explains why the Garden of Memories would interfere with March's attempt at regaining her memories. Their entire existence was to assure that memories will be easily accessible, but they're actively prohibiting March. It was also implied that a different Aeon erased her memory. So, it's possible that Fuli really is trying to protect March one way or another.
Somehow it's reminds me of March beta self, her name was Eileen. And in "Honkai Impact 3rd (Reburn 2): Concept" (basically HSR concept) There was this girl name Carole who was supposed to be in HSR (She's Welt's familiar) and she said to Welt "I had the same dream again". The dream was Eileen giving Carole a lucky charm and said that it's the only thing she's able to do. On the first scene Carole also said "The rose sky is beautiful, it's a shame that 'she' can't see it" assuming the "she" was Eileen aka March 7th's beta self. Eileen couldn't see it? Does that means she only appeared on Carole's dream?

Black Swan said her physical form was destroyed when she became a memokeeper. March is definitely still physical though. Maybe she pieced her body back and tried to return to physical form and it angered Fuli? That might explain why she was encased in magical ice without her memory-either Fuli took it as punishment or she just couldn't rearrange her brain exactly like it had been before.

@@MiaSakuura she can show herself to other people if that's what you mean, but she doesn't really "exist" strictly speaking. The description is sparse, but from what I understand, memokeepers travel within other people's memories, so I guess when she's talking to you, what she's doing is inserting herself and your conversation into your memory a fraction of a second later than your sensory perception. Think voice changing AI software, but for your entire perception of reality.

@@MiaSakuura we probably can remember touching her if she wants to, but physically speaking, she doesn't even "exist" so there would be nothing to "touch". Anything you remember of hers, sound, sight, etc., they're all just implanted memories. That's as far as I interpret it anyway. Might be wrong.

March was in six phased ice, and is able to use that as her actual ice power. That puts it into thought, did she entrap herself in it on purpose? She's the only confirmed wielder of it after all. Memokeeper or not it’s interesting that the only other Astral Express member Black Swan has team chats with is March.
She likes to take photos often so she doesn't lose her memories again, she pretty much lives in lifetime mystery not being able to remember who she was and how she was made, or if even she was anyone else before at all! She simply wants to collect memories and keep them safe so perhaps if she does lose them again, they'll always be saved no matter what: never forget again. (But her being a memo keeper who lost her memories is a cool theory too)

Since Memokeeper doesn't exist in their 'current form' but rather exist as if a ghost and can take any form the wanted

I will assume that March identity will be around 3.ish version since it's technically a huge lore reveal for the astral express gang if they won't add new planet till then. Highly speculative on my part tho.
I loved March, and Dan already got his reveal rather early, so it's also possible her past will also be revealed in penacony, but it's a huge deal regardless, so I willing to believe that her identity might be more important for huge update or the like. 😅
All that aside, I'm willing to assume her five star variant will be that of Hunt. Based of bow and believe that the trio will copy each other.

March will have a new form when we return to Xianzhou after Penacony arc. She'll have dual swords as weapon, her skills or ult doesn't do damage and only targets allies. She's a buffer on her new form as leaks suggests

I think the only issue with this theory is that Memokeepers shed their physical bodies in order to traverse the universe in the form of memories. So unless March is a memetic entity and has no real physical body, she can't be a Memokeeper

Seems like they want to separate hsr from hi3 so it wouldn't be convoluted with intermingling storyline. Probably why void archives isn't in the game.
@@maosama3695 except Welt is in the game so both are inherently linked not to mention there are multiple instances of hi3 lore (and music) being used or mentioned in story. Welt's whole purpose for being in this game has to do with hi3's story specifically the apho stories.
To add to this Welt will eventually have to leave hsr's world as he has returned in the current chapters of the hi3's story

It may be disingenuous (did I use this word right? I don't remember, wtf) or hypocritical of me, who has a really strong opinion on the whole memory and mind manipulation, including whatever the Garden of Recollection did in our encounters, but I agree on that point. I say we burn that bridge when we get to it: when March remembers, and whether or not it changes who she is

She might have ended up in ice because she tried to protect her planet from someone related to Aeon of Preservation or the Aeon.

Then take into consideration which path is in charge of keeping everything in balance and keeping that way. It's Preservation. Given that March is associated for both could mean she is an experiment of a life that was recorded by the Remembrance and then restored by the Preservation.

I think Aeons are not that complicated. They are what their paths tell directly like Hunt actually hunts and Abundance doesn't care anything and make everything immortal, also Preservation tries to make a wall to cover everything. So I don't think Remembrance would "erase memories". It's against their own way. Saying Fuli(Remembrance) erases memories is like saying Aha(Elation) being sad.

I think (my thoughts only) Black Swan know smtg about March 7, or at least she feels something on her. Revise the conversation between Black Swan and March 7 after the first fight with Sunday, we woke up from our room and met Black Swan
I don't think she is a memokeeper because she does have a physical body, but she for sure has some connection with the Garden of Recollection
We know that March had connections to the garden of recollection, and has a connections to fuli themselves, soo it's most likely she was an eminator, and based on what the memokeeper said in the quest where we explored her past, it's likely she was corrupted or went mad because of some sort of memory
I'm really looking forward to exploring her story even more in the future
There are leak out there that say we'll get destroyer 5 star march 7th 😂. Her weapon is also changed to sword, the design and colouring is kinda remind me of blade's but brown and black, maybe she will have wind element. Well.. its just a speculation leak tho since only her sword design that got leaked. They also leaked some of the story about her but i forget those 😂

I saw something on hoyolab and it uses march 7th,six phased ice, and fulfi. It was using the theory or the similarities between the six phased ice and fufli to further prove their point on another theory. It said how march 7th thinks that her six-phased ice is more of a condensed crystal using that to say fulfi looks like “a craved human made out of crystal”. At first I didn’t think that six phased ice was the same ice that fulfi has but looking at the photo between six phased ice(when march was trapped) and fulfi’s “crystal” it has similarities to it.
