Pretty sure the bacteria transferred from the raw meat to the buns then the lettuce and tomato then back to the bun and on the condiment bottle but pretty sure most restaurants have a bunch for the same things going on

If you order medium done burger, you will still die from the bacteria cuz its not dead. In EU the cows are not grown in shit like in USA. In UK you can't order medium/rare burger its only well done and its the law. So contamination is more likely to happen in USA cuz of the way they grow the cows.

One can also suss out hygiene standards in seconds just by observing- the handing of raw and cooked meats with the same utensils/gloves - proves the hygiene is irrelevant to them.
