The en-suite is a NYC studio apt. Fantastic closet. Beautiful sunken dining room. Adorable nook and kitchen. Tons of cabinetry. Beautiful laundry 🧺 room. Looks like a 4- car garage and appreciate the extra storage. Lovely 2nd living space. 2nd 1st floor master lovely. 1/2 bath near it. But you showed another bathroom before as well by the 1st primary. 2nd floor cozy loft. Lovely loft , bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs large enough that both bedrooms have an en-suite and a 1/2 bath when friends over. Gorgeous pool. Just need the outdoor kitchen. Precious guesthouse. The home looks amazing. When I saw the house back on the market I tried to find your first video because I remember so many comments said that NOBODY would buy this house because it would be too much work, cost too much money, better just tear it down etc etc. Since this house was on my "If I win the lottery!" wish list I've been following it for about 5 years or so

From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
