    이모든 운동이 허리디스크나 척추측만증이 약간있어도 가능한 운동인가요
    만약 주의해야히는운동이 있나요

    승모근 스트레칭은 머리무게로 스레칭한다는 느낌으로 해야합니다. 당기면 오히려 부상당할수있습니다.

    등을 벽에 붙히고 투명의자 자세를 하면 무릎에 않좋은가요?무릎이 않좋아 스쿼트를 하기 힘듭니다

      저는 처음에 20초 30초 하다 이젠 매일 1분 하고 있어요. 더 할수도 있지만 무리하지 않으려고. 무릎 안좋은 분들께 좋은 운동 같아요

      투명의자 좋아요. 재활센터에서도 하는 동작이예요

      무릎이 안 좋아서 힘들면 두 손으로 의자를 잡고 스쿼트를 해보세요. 그리고 엉덩이를 조금만 내리셔도 돼요. 이렇게 쉬운 자세로 하다가 하체 힘이 생기고 무릎이 좋아지면 점차 더 내려가시고 의자도 놓고 해보세요. 쉬운 동작부터 단계적으로 하시면 좋습니다.

      저도 60중반인데 병원에서 인공관절 수술을 권유받았는데 투명의자를 매일 실시하고 무릎근육이 아주 튼튼해졌어요 지금 영상의 스쿼트를 따라해보니 40회 할 수 있네요 무릎연골 손상없이 할 수 있는 운동중 투명의자가 가장 좋다고 생각해요
