Research Bites - Effie Marathia

We invited PhD student Effie Marathia from the University of Dundee to talk to us about her research into self quitting, and how people motivate themselves to quit without support or aids (such as nicotine replacement therapy).
She highlighted behaviour changes people make when they want to quit, and how policy and smoking cessation support can facilitate people's personal journey to stop smoking.
