    Before the finisher, I loved how Caroline looked at her two different sets of weights to consider which one she should use. You can really see her ruminate in her head which one to pick! Kudos to her for starting with the heavier weight! She is amazing and motivating!

    I wasn't feeling like working out today but I started anyway telling myself 'well, if I don't feel like it I'll just stop", then, after a while, I said "well, let's try to do at least half of the video...". I ended up doing the whole workout and felt amazing afterwards. Thank you, Caroline.

      I had to drop my weights for a few of those raises; that is how much my shoulders worked today. And when I saw that Caroline had her game face on for most part of the shoulders session, I knew that it was going to be brutal. Happy to have done this though :)

      This is so true. I get super hyped too! The workouts have introduced a whole new world of fitness for me as well. And the best part is Caroline provides a quick introduction during the beginning for a proper form and to take the workouts at our own pace. Hope you’ve a great one!     Done with 10kg and 5kg dumbbells. 👍🏼
    I like how the shoulder exercises get “easier” as the workout goes on, but they aren’t any easier because your shoulders are more fatigued. At the start I was pressing 10kg just fine, and by the end even pressing 5kg was tough.
    When Caroline picked up a heavy dumbbell for the finisher I was like “you have got to be kidding me”, but that didn’t stop me picking up my own heavy dumbbell... at least until Caroline dropped down the the light dumbbell and I was more than happy to do the same.
    And of course, the ab section at the start was killer as usual!

    My three year old daughter just asked for a for a full set of hex weights for her birthday!💝💝💝My heart burst with pride!After she had checked Carolines outfit,flowers and timer were colour coordinated of course!Thank you Caroline,inspiring fitness aspirations in even the youngest followers.
    P.s she already has her own pink dumbells!🥰💜💜

    have been doing daily intense strength workouts for 5 months, all at home with a pair of adjustable dumbbells and i have gotten in the best shape i have ever been.
    thank you SO SO MUCH, Caroline with helping me to achieve my fitness goals every day!
    It feels great when practically everyone tells me my body is amazing given the fact i have been in fitness for less than three years. I have never taken any preworkouts or supplements, follow a very clean low carb diet (hormonal issues, recommended by a doctor) and take my health seriously. I was able to get in an incredible shape at home. hard work and consistency DO pay off. keep working on yourselves and the reward will come. confidence in your abilities, mental clarity, strength with a bonus of looking attractive. daily workouts is the best decision i have made during the quarantine. one of the best investments in your future. if i could do it, anyone can!

    Running out of words to say, need to buy a thesaurus but that was intense, both sections of it. The palms up lateral raises felt never ending 😂 I was into my health and fitness way before I found Caroline, but....no one could ever inspire me to work out after a 12 hour shift. I'd just give that day a miss. But now I look forward to the workouts that much, I still do them despite being out the house 13 hours. Thank you Caroline, you motivate me like no one else could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I love how caroline switched to the litter dumbbell at the end, I love how real she is man coz it burns and she shows it though I continued with the heavier dumbbell and it felt good.

    That was nothing short of brilliant, genius ... but that’s Caroline. Loved all the palms up and the hold to open to press and figure 8 and steering/driving the car. Amazing. Love anterior delts... where my injury was and I say WAS because Caroline’s program dealt with THAT😁💪🏼🙏. Oh also almost forgot to mention that the abs in the workout were awesome! Thank you!

      I definitely need more too. This looks deadly on the abs and Sunday i did the last weeks abs after the hiit. The hiit was awesome, challenging, but flew by.

    And we appreciate her so much for doing this during lockdown too. Some of us are still unemployed and she adds confidence and humility to every day. Some day I hope to be able to repay her for all she’s done for me this year. Mental health is at an all time high because of COVID and the lockdown. Caroline brings smiles and peace to every workout.     When I looked up and saw the progress bar at 98%, I thought it was a lie. How time flies when you're having fun. Loved it Caroline. I've been telling everyone about your program. The best in its class.

    Nice and slow today. Loved the abs movements with the repeating 3 pulses. I noticed the trend. 😉 I really enjoyed the single arm hammer press so I did them again instead of the double arms hammer press. When doing the single arm hammer press, it allowed my core to handle a heavier weight. I went up to 15lbs instead of 10lbs for the standard hammer press. 😃
    ✅2/8 - Used 10lbs, except for the single hammer press.

    I'm making my own list of favorite workout vids, and most of Caroline's videos are going right there. You're amazing. I hope people repeat these workouts more than once because you deserve it. And I do feel epic at the end. For taking time to care for myself and not giving up. Lots of admiration!

    Had to miss Epic for a week because of a minor surgery. I was so sad to lose my progress but now I can't wait to resume😫

    What a great combo. Abs and shoulders. Loved this workout. Found the palms up frontal raise, figures of 8 and driving car challenging but hey ho....isn't that what we signed up for. Thank you again Caroline for continually providing us with excellent quality workouts. I can't believe how much I look forward to working out with you and how much stronger and leaner my body has become since doing your workouts. The FIRST thing I do every morning is see what you've uploaded and I know that the thousands of EPIC community are doing the same thing. 🤣💪🏾🏋🏽‍♂️

    Ahhh yes! Washing my hair is out of the question... glad tomorrow is lower body... although I have a sneaky suspicion that “squats” won’t be any regular squats 🤣🤣.

    Epic II day 27 done ✅
    I feel so proud of myself right now. I hate training my shoulders, hate it, because they are so weak but I have progressed SO much since starting Epic II.
    What witchcraft is this?! I can’t believe I was able to use 8kg for the shoulder presses, arnold presses and hammer presses, I’m shook 🤣😆😁💪💪
    I dropped to 5kg and 4kg for the isolation moves.
    Prior to Epic II it would have been absolutely unprecedented that I would even consider lifting up a pair of 8kg dumbbells for shoulder exercises but with Caroline I feel inspired to to continually challenge myself and improve.
    Thank you Caroline, a million times thank you!! 🙌💪💪❤️

      Shoulders are my weakest area too! Haha. I know how you feel. That is amazing! 8 kg! Nice job! You are clearly getting stronger. I was able to go up to 12.5 lbs with the presses, Arnold's and hammers today...was doing 10 lbs last week. I used to only be able to do 8 lbs with shoulders...but today I used 8s for the lighter stuff. Gains!! Or witchcraft as you say🤔😂. See ya tomorrow for leg day...or really glute day it appears!!😉😄

    I love shoulder workouts but Abs are my weakness. So I hope I survive this.

    I did it! Shoulders feel awesome and I'm happy I was able to keep up with the abs exercises longer than I expected. Stronger every day. Thank you! 😊
