  • Surprised my Father in Law with Healthy Beetroot Tikki & Tacos and he absolutely loved it. To make this healthy recipe you will need:
    1 Beetroot
    4-5 boiled potatoes
    4-5 spoons besan
    1 chopped onion
    2-3 green chillies
    1/2 cup Sweet corn (frozen)
    Roasted peanuts (crushed)
    Salt
    Chilli power
    Amchur powder or half lemon
    Coriander powder & garam masala (optional)
    White sesame seeds
    Ghee
    For Tacos: 3-4 Chapati, and your choice of spreads & vegetables like: cucumber, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, carrot etc.
