- Today we look at the World's Lightest Baitcaster reel the Thornsline Sembo Air 117g BFS Fishing reel. Initial impressions are that it is better than I expected after getting feedback from 2 others that already received the reel. The spool tension knob seems to have a little issue otherwise the reel looks very promising especially when considering it's price.

This is arguably the nicest looking reel in my opinion but if it doesn’t perform well then it’s just an art piece at that point.
Yea apart from that "things Sembo" and the ball bearings text it's very premium looking.
I need to turn the notification bell on! I think you’re right though in that Sembo is the brand and Thornsline is the store. Super confusing haha. Ah man your tag was connected! Mine came precut oddly… my guess is it’s some sort of rfid tag for anti theft? Great unboxing man! Looking forward to seeing you get some good use out of the reel!
Thornsline is the guy that steals the reels in the factory 🤣, that's why they have tags on them.
They also have white and purple jigging reel that intrigues me(on the thornsline store.
Thanks, I literally just freestyled the unboxing on my phone, spent about 5 mins editing and uploaded. Still came across OK though I think. Rod review vid will drop sunday. 115g video....hmmmm we will see

The side brake dial 0-9 is for fine tuning based on your lure ratings. 0 almost no brake, 9 brakes all the way down. For your ideal lure on that reel, 4-5 is avg. very popular on the higher end bass reels
Dude, I just meant I didn't have a reel with that exact type of dial design, not that I didn't know what it was. 😂

Damm, that 'number of bearings' really does ruin the aesthetic of this reel haha. I wonder if you can wipe it off with some rubbing alcohol?
Yea, the font is so generic and cheap but I guess being a Chinese reel they might not have that impression like westerners would if they makes sense. Thanks for watching
