The 737-300 seen is N311AW. I guess it was used because the 747's in service at the time couldn't fit the jetways. The 737 belongs to America West Airlines (now U.S. Airways)

No. It was LAX. Says so in the information given on IMDB.com Filming Locations is where to look. If it was BUR, then it would have shown up as part of the filming locations.
