Sir another question can able to running n jumping after this cure??? Actually when I was Policesubindpector exam physical practice n in exam high jumping at that time ACL tear complete so i went to surgery...ACL surgery its major or minor??? Next month my police subinspector result ll be come sir my score well so all r telling u ll be in list like that so if I go other round for medical test is it ACL surgery candidates rejected in Medical test or not pls reply me sir....other question sir when am able to walk n all pls reply me sir...

1) ACL appears hyperintense and mildly bulky with no detectable abruption of fibres.
2) Mild knee joint effusion.
IMPRESSION
1) ACL tear-Grade 1.
2) joint effusion..
What will i do? Please suggest me, doctor!

Sir i operated by arthroscopy method throw titanium screws. Sir actually I have more intrsted in high jump and volleyball activities which requires high jump does there is any chances of like failure of graft Or losining of titanium screws Or any damge to the area where the screws are fixed if I jump are done the activities again after recovery

how old is the injury? send me x ray. if injury is less then 2 weeks old minimally displaced avulsion fracture can be healed with knee brace in full extension for 3-4 weeks

All inside ACL reconstruction with internal bracing is a relatively new technique with no long term results available. So far results are encouraging.
Go for traditional method because it is tryed n tested, internal is new Still need more data to analyse success rate

I need to see MRI FILMS and the knee joint. Chances of infection after Arthroscopy are rare.
Sir due to infection my bio screws removed then, after 2 months now I again feeling instability and pain
In case of instability you need surgery again. Screws can safely be removed after 3-6 months

Hi shivraj tell me when u r lifting surgery leg pls tell ur experience all from starting day of surgery to cure becs my doctor always told negative becs u ll not do excercise and all like that...wen I was practicing Police subinspector exam and in physical exam both time I fell down when I was high jumping ok so finally its success even written exam also done ..all are told ur score ll good definatly u ll be in list like that ok..so police subinspector result ll be in december end ok ..my surgery date 21 october 2021 ok 1 n half month over till cant bend 90 degree n no swelling but paining 70 percent if I do exercising and all ...so pls If I clear exam I want to go last round of medical test ok all are told u ll be cure fast like that..really am always crying in last movement my leg ACL tear complete so now am in rest ok...pls tell me how to improve n all ...daily am minimum 13 to 16hr studied but now am waiting result but till cant lift surgery leg ..doctor told one excercise only ..I need to be cure fast pls tell me ...mine also bio screaw ACL reconstruction ok...

ACL reconstruction is done with help of a screw and a button. These are called knee implant. Other commonly used implant are nail, screws and plates.

Yes i usually operate both knees simultaneously for bilateral ACL tear. It's more economical, saves time and money. Wattsapp no you can see in video

It can be of two types mainly ...metal ( titanium) and bio screw( PLA). A third type ( PEEK) is also used.

It the fracture fragment is fixed with other screws or plate... nothing much will happen by one loose screw.

Normally there is no problem of graft loosening with either of screw. Both give same results
