Sounds like you must've abused it alot or didn't do your routine car maintenance cause cars don't just die that soon for no reason.And at 60,000 miles it died? You probably didn't change your timing belt too cause if you let that go your engine will definitely be history.Be sure and change your oil when it's due on that Rio and change your transmission fluid every 30,000 miles and have your engine fluids checked during every oil change visit as well.And last change your timing belt and water pump right before 60,000 miles and your Rio should last you.

how's the car after 1yr ownership? Thinking of getting one myself too with Tech package for push start. Is there anything I should be wary of besides basic oil changes for first I'm assuming you're around that 15-20k miles mark, thanks!
It’s been great! Have actually had it for almost two years, and have had no big maintenance (knock on wood). It recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles. The gas mileage is insane, my only complaint is the backseat is very small so it’s not great for having multiple passengers (kids would be fine but adults are a bit uncomfortable, I always have to move my seat up).
@@ImJustNolan perfect! I really wanted a cheap car to do work on side & that 100k warranty is enticing. Now...do you think these cars will hold up like a Forte/Elantra in resale value? Keeping any Kia/Hyundai past 100k is scary unless you did oil changes on time I plan on doing mt 1st @ 1200, next 3k, then 4k thereafter.
