Celery juice is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to improving your health! Celery juice is extremely good for your gut, aka your digestive system and your liver. When introduced, it starts to detox and flush out all of those nasty toxins that might be inside. Celery juice also helps level out the hydrochloric acid in the stomach which is essential because we typically damage it from all of the sugar we eat and all of the protein we have to process.
How To Make Celery Juice Without A Juicer
1. Add a stock of celery to your blender with about a cup of water.
2. Pour blended celery juice into a cup with pulp.
3. Pour the celery juice back into the blender through a strainer to decrease the amount of pulp.
4. Add water to for desired consistency.
5. Pour the celery juice back into a cup and stir in one scoop of greens powder for a sweet, flavorful drink packed full of nutrients.

What is the difference between juicing celery and eating it?
When celery is juiced, it unlocks stored phytonutrients that aren't as easily absorbed when eaten whole.

This is the best method I have found on TH-cam for making celery juice..
Celery juice helps to lower and regulate blood sugars and blood pressure if you drink the pulp as well (fiber)
Awesome!
It’s not bad. I drink it 100% celery 👍🏻
I add lemon
THANK YOU HOW TO WASH VEGGIES AND FRUIT???
i have tried celery in my smoothies but I also add sf almond milk is that ok
when I used to drink oj I always looked for the extra pulp. Because I liked it what's wrong with not removing the pulp (fiber) from celery juice?
Removing the pulp allows for the salt clusters and phytonutrients to be more effective. Especially against bad microbes and helping your hydrochloric (stomach) acid.
I just ordered the DLG Greens. I plan on having one serving a day. Do I need to continue taking the (brand name started w/QN) turmeric & ginger supplement?
I use my omega+turmeric with the greens 👍
I’ve seen some people add coconut water
I don’t have a juicer so I use my Nutri bullet… it is kinda thick but I drink what I can with a straw then scoop the rest out with a spoon. I don’t like celery so I just do 3 large celery (more if towards the middle of the whole bunch) and add a dash of lemon juice to help me with the flavor…. I am learning to be able to do this without much trouble… hope this is better than nothing…
Great tips. Thanks.
For fiber I drink pulp as well
Alot of TH-camrs put pulp into a bag and strain out The rest of the water it's kind of seems unhygienic having your fingers all through the juice. Having fiber in the juice will regulate sugars.
This is by far the best method on TH-cam.
What would be the best green vegg to make green smoothie please
Here is a green smoothie recipe: drlivingood.com/kale-green-apple-smoothie/?sl=supportcameron -LGD Team
I just a couple stalks to my smoothie-does that work too?
That's good! -LGD Team
Is there more benefits in juicing or is eating celery sticks just as good? I just don't care jor juicing because its time consuming. I don't necessarily like eating celery but I love the benefits
Eating celery has benefits:) -LGD Team
Do you get the same amount of nutrients if you make it ahead of time and drink throughout the week?
I’d recommend asking this question on the ASK DLG Show. They are every Wednesday at 8:30 am EST and you can find the show on Livingood Daily or on Dr Livingood's Facebook Page. He does answer questions that come in via messenger. If you haven't opted in already, you can go here m.me/drlivingood?ref=w17361751 and message in during the Live! -LGD Team
Don’t have a blender😢
Maybe you can make meatballs with the fiber left over......with other ingredients....
Do you use the leaves in the juice?
He uses the stalks! A few leaves are fine, but we typically chop the very top that has the most leaves. The leaves can have a bitter taste. -LGD Team
Can I add a fruit to make it taste better?
Hi there! You can! Check out this article for references! drlivingood.com/clean-15-and-dirty-dozen-which-foods-to-buy-organic/

What can you use the remaining pulp for? I was thinking maybe vegetable soup? Thoughts?🤷♀️
You could certainly try! (: -LGD Team
What about muffins?
chickens would love it.
I had bought celery powder. 1. Is the powder supposed to smell like a farm? Is fresh juice easier to drink than the powder?
Just depends on the ingredients! Does it have anything else with it? -LGD Team
We are supposed to drink it without water or ice cube following the book instructions. Is it because de Williams try to push the juicer he advertise on TH-cam or does
It have real science ?
In the morning, with the water to strain and help blend it in the blender. We like it over ice, but that's a preference! -LGD Team
You lose benefits by adding water
How? It is just water!!! Ridiculous.
@@medini2 it will dilute the nutrients duh
@@tree330 they're all going in the same place--what matter does the concentration make?
You do not.
@@tree330 But you will still get the same amount of nutrients.
