First high heat 7:40 200c 10 min turn over, another 5 min. 8:40 2nd stage low heat roast: 140c 35 min. (About 25 min, turn over) 9:40 have honey on meat, put honey on plate and put the meat on and turn over 10:11 back to oven at to 140c, 15 min. turn meat at half of the set time and set time to 160c plus. Rest.

I got an air fryer, I never use.😊 No need so cucumbersome make chilli sauce. Just mixes Ayamas Bottle Chilli Sauce with Sukiyaki Japanese Chilli Sauce, fried garlic oil (1 tbsp) and 1tbsp light soy sauce. Delicious Chilli Dipping Sauce.
