Ultimate Spinach is in my top 5 list of favorite 60's psyche bands. "Mind Flowers" (from their 1968 LP, Behold and See) is my favorite song of theirs. In this video, I discuss the meaning behind the song (as I see it...this is all subjective). I play the song from vinyl and discuss my interpretation of different sections.
