91-93 Breakbeat Hardcore Jungle Tekno Darkside DJ Mix by Jon Zaremba

I created a mix of breakbeat hardcore tracks from 1991-1993, focusing on jungle tekno into darkside. These aren't necessarily the most important tunes to the genre, but they're the ones that had the greatest impact on me when I was in high school. I wanted to keep the mix to around 2 hours, so limited myself to these 44 tracks.
Although I became interested in a wide variety of music as I grew up, this sound was my first musical inspiration. Hardcore helped me to focus, gave me purpose, and kept me positive through those difficult adolescent years. And although the end result was rather different, hardcore inspired me to make my own music.
I mixed these tracks for my own purposes mostly, but thought I'd share here as well. Not sure who (if anyone) will find this link, but if you were ever curious what music kicked me into gear initially, here you go.

Look up 103.1 Mars FM in Cali. On TH-cam They have some dope mixes as well as track selection. To bad they're not around anymore. They would of been our Pirate 🦜 radio to these dope underground sounds.
