I'm on day 3 of trying to do this every morning (plus a 10 minute gentle yoga warmup, and a 5 minute calf stretch routine). I can already feel how weak and unstable my knees/legs/ ankles are while attempting this routine. I'll let you know how different they feel in a months time.
Before trying this, I have complex regional pain syndrome in my feet and legs. Lost strength and tone with reduced range of movement in my ankles and feet. Will these exercises help? X
Thank you! Do you have any advice for someone who can't grab the floor with their big toe? (Injury during youth severed tendon to large toe so my balance can be sketchy. Prevents big toe from bending downward) I like how you put the toss and catch in there. Makes intencity more fun.
I have fallen arches and mortons neuroma, do youtube have sade exercises for that ? Because I am scared to do those toe and heel lifts. I havet tried by myself,before I saw this video and I got a bad flare after that . That was last year and haven’t dared since.

I do it at the end after im warmed up
can do both. This will help warm up the whole bod, but can also help cool down after an intense work out or stretch.
