Thank you! Had a grade 3 ankle sprain over 7 months ago and still cant get back to football, the pain after using my legs for over 8hrs (work, etc.) is still too much.
I've got an Achilles Tendonitus type issue in right ankle & calf that comes and goes last 2 yrs. Absolute rest & anti inflammatories worked for 2 wks but it returned again. Ultrasound revealed nothing major wrong. I wear work boots to minimise flair ups.
Hey! Thanks for the great video! I recently suffered a severe ankle sprain. Doc at the walk in clinic told me to wait to swelling is gone before doing physio. Does anyone have any input? I started doing physio last week. The major swelling is gone, but still gets poofy after activity. What should I do?
@@ThePhysioChannel I will, thanks!! that didn't answer my question though... Should I wait til swelling is completely gone before doing physio? the initial big swelling is gone, but still gets poofy and minor swelling. I'd say about 95% of swelling is gone.
Very many thanks for your great advice and the exercises
My pleasure!
