- Milwaukee tool does a great job on their nailers, but this is going to go very well with their already released m12 pin nailer. This is the all new Milwaukee M12 Brad Nailer

I have the pin nailer and I love it. Told my wife I wasn't buying any more tools but... I'm getting this!
🤣👊
Your wife is in charge at your household?
The compact size is nice but I'd go with one with a at least a 2" fastener length.
Agreed.
Yup nail length here is a no go!!!!
Looks pretty sweet AND LIGHT 💯
Have to check that one out, Thanks Clint!!!!!!
Like how small this nail gun is. This is a very nice tool. Thank you for the review!!
waiting on mine to be come in
Have the pin nailer. Love it
We have a gen 1 M18 Brad nailer at work. Nothing but problems
I have Ryobi air strike Brad nailer and a stapler. Both work well
Don’t use the Brad nailer much. 2 pin nails with holes that might not need filled
But a good m12 compact narrow crown stapler would be awesome if it could come close to the size of an air stapler
The current m12 stapler I can not recommend
Real nice like Clint. Big fan of your channel and Milwaukee. Father’s Day is coming.
I am 💯% getting this
I think the gen 3 , 16 gauge nailers , will be identical size and weight wise , when released in the future..
M12 23gauge pin nailer is one of my top favorite tools. Im definitely getting the 18gauge since i already have the m18 version and it would be nice to have another 18g thats more compact.
Thanks Clint, I’ve just ordered and put a deposit on the M18 18 gauge nailer which probably isn’t LIGHT, way to make my day better with your fancy mucialess video 🤣
I still love the channel though so 👊
Hahaha, I can do better, I will do better brother 🤣👊
I’ve got the M12 pin nailer, pretty nice. However:
They need to upgrade their base M12 batteries (non H.O.’s). The reliability from the ones I’ve got have been iffy. Need to save up and get some of the newer H.O.’s to replace the basic M12 batteries.
The 5.0 are really nice, you can tell the difference in output in different tools, however, over the past year or so they’ve been out, I’ve purchased 6-8 of the 5.0, and they do not charge on the cheap m12 only charger! Thankfully I have a few of the m12\m18 chargers, they charge on that..
I am in agreement, the M12 only charger isn’t good, and I only run M18 Rapid or Super.
Yes, I understand that the HO batteries are “the upgrade”. Perhaps I didn’t explain what I meant to say very well. The basic M12 batteries, even though there are HO’s now available, need to be upgraded on their own. IMO, the quality and reliability of the basic M12’s have always been hit or miss. Maintain the standard ones, but update them. Keep two distinct styles of M12 batteries, the plain and the HO.
There are quite a few applications that don’t need HO capabilities, whether it is M12 or M18, and customers would benefit from the lower priced options, but the quality needs to come up on non HO’s.
That’s real nice like!
I have the m12 pin nailer and I love it, it works fantastic and it's super light, it penetrates even hard woods without any troubles, and it's super light, and I like how pin nails are a lot easier to fix if you mess up because they leave such a small hole. But the best part about it is how light it is. All joking aside, M12 tools are great and if this tool works as good as my pin nailer, I will probably buy it. Did I mention how light it was? (sorry couldn't resist)
Yeah, the pin nailer is great. 👊
Need this!
I want this...
I’ve had my Ryobi not Ryobi 23 gauge nailer going on 5 years now and not one problem with it
I also have the m12 23 gauge for its compactness but it only lasted about 2 years until every shot fired is leaving a shiner
Obviously I’m going to get this nailer but I wonder how long it will last until it starts to have issues
This is why I use air.
If it’s a small enough/punch list type deal I always have a drill, trim head screws, blind nails, CA glue, ect.
If I’m trimming out a whole house I have my compressor.
Ridgid 5x Brad nailer was my first finish nailer but it barley gets used now.
These Milwaukee nailers are designed with a life and need to be recharged.
I just ordered a Ryobi and am going to sell my M18 18ga while it’s still new
Why does everyone keep talking about the "light" on this thing, is it bright or something? 😂😂
I want this one, so I can set up two Brad nailers with big/small nails… but I haven’t decided at that price. I may would just buy another regular sized Brad nailer since the size weight has never been an issue for me…
Ah who am I kidding, I’m buying it 😂
🤣🤣🤣👊
I'm definitely interested though it's still fairly heavy, so like 1/2 lb less than the M18. Also wish the price was a little cheaper as it's not much cheaper than the M18 model. We'll see i guess.
Weight is 4.2 and on milwaukees website it says m18 is 5.35 lbs so over 1lb difference
Depends on what battery you’re using, the HO 8.0ah and 12.0ah I can run all day long for almost the entire week before needing to recharge, compare that to a HO 5.0ah M12, and the difference is. Night and day..
Damn what do I do with my M18 version now?
Ordered mine last night, tired of my dewalt beast 18g... This should help out a ton besides i already have the 23g m12, sleak design was everything
Where did you order it?
@@johnseabul2584 acme tools is accepting pre orders
I’ve gone thru 3 of the pin nailers. But an m12 18 gauge!?! That’s dope I’m gonna have to cop me one of these babies! Just don’t drop it or youll definitely be seeing red and creating new curse words when you see it’s broken.. when is Milwaukee going to introduce their m18 refrigerator pack out cooler?
Interesting - I have the M12 Pinner and love it - I loved all pinners but no air with the m12 has been luxurious. I guess I don’t use it enough to wear it out but if I did - I would definitely buy another one! What usually fails?
@@patricksquires77 I’ve never officially “worn one out” I’ve accident dropped two of them from maybe 4-5 feet, and both have broken in nearly the same identical spot, where the nails sit in the chamber, there is a weak point where it connects to an adjustable depth wheel.. first time
It happened I go to check on the gun and about 12 tiny little springs come shooting out of the nail clip/slide, was unable to attempt to repair.. second time it happens I tried to super glue the Broken part together but I wasn’t able to adjust depth of pin.. I think it’s the belt loop design is bad/poorly designed. Im on #3 and have currently used it over 2 years, and I have. Noticed now that it won’t sink the pin 100% of the time every time
clint it looks a diamond
🤣🤣👊
Uncle Clint what is the price on that Uncle Clint what do the price will be the price Uncle Clint
Uncle Clint predicts $249 tool only
Schweet, schweet feedback.
Wish they were made in America like it originally was.
I'm getting a Milwaukee tattoo lol
What, no Tool Review Zone tat 🤷👊🤣
Guns wars….dewalt just announced their new framing gun yesterday 😂
take my money!
This looks real nice like…the m18 18gauge is really heavy
Yes it is, it makes it sketchy trying to nail
Something over head, it’s also extremely difficult or impossible to get it in tight spaces, the thing is so big.. Have you tried Dewalts 18g nailer?? You have to wait for the thing to spool up, i had way too many misfires or undersunk nails, that I decided to bite the bullet and move to team red for nailers.. Dewalt is still king with their dw780, dwe7491, and dw735… I’ll never change out any of my 3 work horses, that’s one thing I’ve been extremely happy with from Dewalt
A little pricey to only be able to drive 1.5 inch nails max. Milwaukee price to value is what kept me out of the line. I tried them for work but went back to the better cheaper option dewalt
Ya but is it light?
I've heard it was light 🤣
@@ToolReviewZoneit feels like it’s about twice the weight of an air gun, but those weigh practically nothing. Being hose free, compact, and lighter than an 18v makes it a no brainer if you use it enough to justify spending the $!
this was shown at last years pipeline 2023
I like the gen2 m18 18 ga nailer, gen 1 sucked. The m12 23 ga nailer is good but doesn’t like to be cold. This new nailer looks cool but I’m sceptical about the length of fastener being 1-1/2”. I know it loses power by going smaller and the smaller battery but are trimmers really going to be putting 1/2” casing on through 1/2” drywall and expect to have no problems with 1/2” stud penetration. I think this tool has its place but not there.
The Legendary Milwaukee Tool Corp was bought out in the late 90's by the parent company that owns Ryobi . Milwaukee has been a shell of itself ever since .
It’ll be kit with another bag in a hard case in a pack out only
On my phones tiny screen, it looks kinda bulky, like maybe it is heavy? Would you say this is heavy and bulky if you had to guess?
Haha, I've heard it's..... "light"
😎⚒️😎⚒️😎
If the toilet 🚽 is made out of wood..lol
Yeah, I guess you are right 🤣👊
Already bought into metabo waiting for this.
What to do with my m18 18 gauge now decision 😅
Decisions, Decisions 🤣
Marketplace lol
I have the Ryobi, and just bought the Metabo. And then THIS happens.....
Lol aint taking my money @youtube
They always trying to take my Money 😪
12 volt crown stapler a little weak do like the 12 volt tho.
Crown stapler? They have a normal stapler and cable stapler, never seen a crown nailer m12, again a sweet tool If it’s on the way
@@JohnAnderson-kt4mb they sell a crown stapler maybe considered a regular stapler.
Wish it shot 2"... Or at least 1¾"
That little bit extra would help with base molding, and the outer edge (thick side) of casing...
This gun is a triple play, not a home run, unfortunately.
I’d get the M18 if it’s going to be your only nailer, but if you already have an M18 15/16 gauge nailer the M12 would be great companion.
Sorry didn't bother to watch this one...buying one asap. M12 18g, what more can be said
🤣👊
I bought one today. It leaves very ugly holes. Must be defective
So i shouldnt be using this on my toilet? The website said its recommended...
I mean.... maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I have been installing toilets wrong all these years 🤷
@@ToolReviewZone you mean to tell me that you don’t christen the throne once it’s been installed??
Hello, I have a new design grinding disc I would like you to try. If you’re interested let me know where to send samples. Thank you

Dayyyyuuuuum Tony, that was fast!
Mileauk-EE not Milwaukii, Also Bat-Er-RE not Bat-Tray, your hurting my ears...
Wow, you spelled it's wrong twice. You hurt my eyes
Copy and paste don't work for everything!
Flex is better
really! 90% of the nails used for 18 gauge are two inch. duh.
15/16 gauge > 18 gauge when using 2+” nails IMO.
Milwaukee's 12-volt line up of tools, in a word "suck". I have several and am disappointed in their collective performance, when you compare them to its competitor's 20-volt versions.
