I was 16 when this bike came out. My dream bike back in the day. I ride a zx14r now:)
I was a Gixxer guy when I was into sport bikes but that's a nice looking ZX like those wheels bike has a great sounding exhaust you never disappoint with your videos.
I was 7 in 1989 and even at that age I thought this was the coolest bike on the road at that time. I finally got to ride a ZX-7 around 2008 and it was then and still now is an awesome machine. Very unique looks.
Another green beauty 💚 I have a 1990 H2 ZXR in my collection..and it has to be my favourite. No school like the old school 🔥🤙🏽
Beautiful bike. Love the color scheme. Kawasaki had gorgeous color schemes on their dirtbikes and streetbikes from the 90's. I remember when these bikes came out. I was 16 years old at the time. I've never seen air intake tubes come out of the top of a gas tank like that. They definitely look nice though. I wonder if they truly make a difference, or it they're more for looks.
So f badass. The round headlight and tank hoses are so cool. Even the GSXR with the round headlights is super sick.
I wish they would make those again, great look/colors, and those round dual headlights look better than anything since.
Agreed, and hope you and your family are well, brother. I'm 50, and I like motorcycles to look like real motorcycles, not futuristic spaceage cycles. That's the main thing, that I don't like about many of the new bikes that come out today. God Bless!

I used to have one of these. Was one of my all time favorite Superbikes as a young kid growing up. I remember i was always mesmerized by the twin air ducts, and this was my favorite color scheme. Ended up getting one in my 20s after I sold my CBR400RR. A Cool classic.

I have a 93 ZX7 that Im turning into a Scott Russel tribute. He won the superbike world championship that year.
They reckon theses are one of the most tunable bike enigines ever!!

I would love to have a CB 900 F supersport from 79-80 . I had one new and it was one the best bikes I ever owned. I would want one as daily driver not a show bike.
Years ago I had that exact bike growing up exactly very fast machine although where I'm from there's a lot of bugs the air intake used to suck them up
Beautiful bike.
Lovely bike, don't know if someone's already pointed it out but it has a H2 nose cone by the seems as the white decals just under the front indicators are H2 decals not H1 plus the H1 had black mirrors not colour coded.
I'm not taking anything anyway from this bike as I love these bikes, but I thought I'd point it out.

Had a red Kawasaki ZR250 back in 1995 great bike but battery would always go flat after a few months.

I have the 90 ZX11, rebuilt the engine myself over the summer!....very easy stuff.....getting the engine/subframe Up into the bike was the hardest part honestly. Low profile floor jack worked well.

Btw Sr, that’s not RAM Air. Those ducts are for cooling the cylinder heads. Nevertheless, properly cool.
Mr Kaplin, you sir ride the coolest Kawasaki's, I love those 750 and 1000 models. Green Envy, man oh man. Just to have such access to these wonderful bikes. Your an inspiration for those of us who love this stuff like yourself. I understand how much work you had to put in to make this happen. Mad mad respect to you sir.
