Great video. Love how respectful you are towards the owner and their car. I’m looking to get one myself after having a GS300 a while back. Miss it dearly. Haha.
I have a GS430 Second Generation - V8-powered with 300HP and looks just like this Toyota in this video... runs so smooth and is my daily driver in the traffic packed streets of Los Angeles - no matter how powerful the engine would be - it would not be optimal for me in my surroundings but my GS-430 is so reliable that I think I can easily hit 300k miles on the odometer
I have the exact same car with 350 to 400hp tune from Japan. Vertex edition with black leather seats, JBL sound system sounds good, even a carbon fibre hood. The only difference is it’s still has its original white paint & leather seats
Let me stop you right there. Crown and aristo come with MULTIPLE ENGINE OPTIONS. The 2jzgte Vvti aristo is twin turbo 3.0 The 1jzgte vvti is a 2.5 single turbo.
as a owner of a Aristo V300 vertex... manual swaps are nightmares for these cars, even sourcing a supra gearbox it is a pain and i would not recommend unless you a dedicated to drifting and not daily driving. PS: it is 2JZ not 1JZ, 2j is 3L and 1j is 2.5L
U dont have to specifically get a Supra trans, u can use a CD009 trans. Those are more common for the moment but then even still, you're still right. Its still a pain in the ass

I’m driving today a gs400 with 120k miles , I think it can go over 300k miles

Awesome video , what wheels are those ?
Very cool and rare car. Have you turned American?! ;-) It's "Two-Jay-Zed" 🙂 Good video. Keep them coming.
I've been watching too much TH-cam 😅
Why doesn't it have hood struts?
Owner removed them when they installed the carbon fiber bonnet. They were opening it too forcefully
Is this for sale?
No idea, the owner works in Vals Car Valet in Nenagh if you want to find out
They had 4 wheel steering in Japan. Wow.
r32 gtr is the most famous for it
many jdm cars in the 90s had it atleast 3rd gen honda prelude had it even in the late 80s
@@aleksiesko885& 4th gen preludes
There's nothing VERTEX about this car lol. It's been changed completely.

Never said it didn't, however in my local market it just came with one option. It pays to listen
That shift boot and manual gear knob is pretty awful
