Anyone else still listening to Motownphilly in 2024♥️♥️ BoyzllMen is the best musical group ever and there will never be another musical group that harmonizes so beautifully the way BoyzllMen does♥️
I miss the 1680's. Philidelphia was a small colony then, but it truly was a lively place. Every weekend Ladz II Men, now known as Boyz II Men, would sing some of their best tunes. It really was a good time...
I was born in 83' and 40 now. Friends always joke how I am stuck in the 90's, but how can we not be?! I mean, I do like new music as well, but we grew up in the absolute best music era ever!!! The nostalgia I feel is so healing! Nothing like the 90's!
Consequently, Boyz II Men is among the music industry's elite with regard to time spent at number one in Billboard history with 50 cumulative weeks, ranking sixth behind Drake, the Beatles, Rihanna, Elvis Presley and Carey. Furthermore, when "On Bended Knee" took the number one spot away from "I'll Make Love to You", Boyz II Men became only the third artists ever (after the Beatles and Presley) to replace themselves at the top of the Billboard Hot 100.[4] These achievements were enough to earn Boyz II Men recognition as Billboard magazine's biggest boy band during the period of 1987 to 2012.[5] Boyz II Men has received four Grammy Awards.

@@posysdogovych2065 exactly, as I was listening to this I just realized how many groups in Philly burst out from 86-93 in all genres. That, and the optimism of the 90s as a youth. If you were growing up in America / Canada in the late 80s / early 90s, and you weren't poor, the world was mind-blowing and amazing. I played this song for a dear friend of mine who was from Philly in 2016 at a bar that was dead. I started dancing, he was loving it! Funny thing was there happened to be a wedding in the adjacent banquet room they had. No surprise Boyz II Men albums were straight bangers.

New jack swing rhythm is rad. Not too hard, not too soft!
I'm glad I was born in 79 . The music was original and and done by artist. These guys were ahead of their time in music. .

One of the boy bands that can seriously sing!!! Love them!
One of my best R&B boy groups in 90's.Vocally talented.Jamming to their music till today🔥🔥.
Actually, Billboard recognizes them as the biggest boy band, in all genres, of 1987-2012!
@@kjhenry100 no because they're black they say it's the BSB (which sold the most)

These men will always be my favorite R&B group. There is not one bad song they sang. I wish they were still making music.
My
When seeing a classic and getting goosebumps
I grew up in ‘70’s and ‘80’s. My mom gave me an appreciation for music by playing different genres. So I listened to Elvis, John Denver, Bobby Vinton, and I could go on forever, and even though ‘70’s and ‘80’s are my favorites I even appreciate the ‘90’s! Boys to Men was one of my favorite go to bands when o wanted some dance music. I am so glad I came across this gem today!❤
They use to always win best dressed group
Wow, fashion standards have changed... Thank God!
I'm here because of the New Edition story. That part in the movie "One day back in Philly, four guys wanted to sing they came up to me..." Yup so true. Mike Bivins discovered my favorite men group of ALL TIME.
Mike did us all a favour to give us this kind of greatness

Best way to think on Pennsylvania today . . .

And this is what the boy bands of today do not have 😍😍😍😍
Class!!!
There are boy bands today?
There will never be another male music group like this again. ❤❤❤ ONE OF A KIND. Can’t be duplicated.
I'm 16, i've been told I'm weird for listening to this kind of music by my previous middle schoolers and now highschoolers, but when you grow up your entire life with parents that had THIS as their highschool music, it grows on you, and dear god is it good music.
You have class sis, pay no attention to the haters 🌹🎤
Same sis, I grew up with this kind of music :))
Well good for you sweetheart you have good taste in music

Still in 2023! "Not too hard, no too soft." Crazy times then. Their 1st ever single that kicked in the door for them musically. Word. Great era & times then.
Congratulations Philadelphia Eagles from a diehard New Orleans Saints fan. I know the feeling the city of Philadelphia is experiencing after your Super Bowl victory. Enjoy it and cherish it forever.
Lerry Slaughter see you this weekend lol
It's funny, Philly got waxed by the Saints last night. They're not repeating a championship
3:05 - Still one of the coldest breakdowns ever put on wax
That and en vogue's "never gonna get it" are the best breakdowns
Killer tune😅😅😅

Just took my son to see the Trolls movie. That iconic harmony was his favorite part! I introduced him Boyz II Men and he's now a fan too! ❤ Talent is timeless
