Kay, great question. If you are only seeing overshoot I would start by reducing the Proportion. If you are then seeing your system slow to react to error adjust your Integral.
The Solo temperature controller has analog current and voltage outputs. The Automation Direct GS 1's we have accept these inputs. I do know that the speed can be controlled with a 3-5K ohm potentiometer connected to the analog input terminals. Can it be paired with with Solo? I'll give it a try.

Nice. But can a Temp Controller directly control a VFD motor without a PLC? Just wondering.
