Those smooth 3rd party GameCube controllers are the stuff of nightmares
I have 2 third party controllers and yeah they're the worst, both are wireless and one barely works
Only thing I’d add is to stay away from 3rd party GameCube controller adapters like Mayflash and Nyko. They kinda work for Smash on Switch, but not WiiU/PC. Sadly the WiiU adapter was never officially rereleased for Switch as far as I’m aware, even though they did new GameCube controllers for Ultimate.
There was an Adapter in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Box Set with the Smash GameCube Controller. The major difference is, that they changed the engraved Wii U-Logo to just a simple Nintendo Logo.
Great video man! Your analysis of how the GameCube controller can be used for each console it’s compatible with is very insightful and entertaining. The GameCube controller is my personal favorite controller so it’s interesting to see what Nintendo did with it after the GameCube, and I’m glad GameCube controllers are still officially supported with the Switch. Keep up the great work!

Pretty entertaining overview of an extremely minor thing. I like it.
Big issue though, the audio mixing. The background music often overshadows the narration, making the video hard to watch.

If possible, I’d also suggest to add Optional Subtitles!
For People who can’t hear in the Moment (example being, watching Outside) and for people that don’t understand a lot of English
@@LennyQUMFIF good suggestion! I could try to add English subtitles whenever I have time
TH-cam used to allow viewers to submit subtitles for different languages but removed that feature which really sucks and hinders accessibility
Nice video but I think you got something a little wrong. While the Switch generally lets you remap buttons on your controllers Gamecube controllers are excluded from this feature which is really unfortunate

But can you play switch games with the GameCube controller plugged in ?
Stuff like Mario Odyssey works ?
@FabioGnecco technically most games are supported since most switch games treat it like a pro controller. But it's not going to work 100% correctly for stuff like Odyssey since there's no motion control and it is lacking the select and zl button. Also any game that doesn't support pro controllers won't work at all
