- if you own an eberspacher airtronic, water heater, timer, or anything eberspacher there is a website that IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE, it gives all the information you will ever need.
www.letonkinoi...
Been using that website to sort my D1LC and D1LC Compact. Bought the pair for £100 with one broken rheostat controller, one pump and one intake/exhaust.
The Compact has a noisy fan due to the bearing starting to fail, built it in a 50mm ammo box to make it like a all in one CDH and it ran a couple of times but I think the ECU has now locked out. I don't yet have the EDiTH software and cable or a controller with diagnostics to get the fault codes from the ECU fix/replace the fan and unlock it. I'll do it sometime as I want to fit it to a camping pod I have. Either that or fit a CDH fan, ECU and controller.
The LC was quite smoky so I swapped the burner for the LCC one, the fan would start, the glow plug relay would click and the glow plug would fire but it wouldn't pump fuel on the LCC burner. If I manually powered the pump by pulsing it with 12v it would fire up so I had to figure out why it wasn't pulsing the pump. looking at the wiring diagram I figured that the sensor with the green wires was faulty. I shorted the two green wires in the heater and the pump started running so I swapped the temperature sensor.
It doesn't get that hot, more kind of warm. The rheostat knob was broken off and I tried dismantling it and the resistive track for the rheostat looks knackered so following his DIY Rheostat instructions, I'm making one from a switch, a 12v led, a 470R Linear potentiometer and three resistors as described on that site, hopefully it will fix the issues.

I have bought the chinese ecu and controller but I have the Eberspacher loom. Is there a wiring diagram
I am happy with the ecu wiring you showed in video but what about fuel pump and controller when using eberspacher loom.
Cracking info that fella
got an d2 on the boat to be honest its a pain in the bum would never have one again using a chinese suitcase one at the moment
Just subscribed..
Been looking at different heaters..
People are saying these are the best around..
Do they make a 8kw heater..
Ps. Keep putting the knowledge out there..
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nope no 8kw, and those chinese heaters that quote 8kw are bull, 4kw is maximum for chinese no how much bull they say, its just a marketing (rip off) to quote 8 kw
Hello my friend just subscribed and liked. Okay so my heater has just stopped working and I was wondering if you would be able to have a look at it and try to fix it for me or can you please help me in any way I'm based in Slough near Windsor kind regards Dean 🙏
You say, stopped working, what happened what symptoms does it have, or is it totally dead ?

Aaah, been looking for this info…looking at the wiring on mine I think I’ve been sold a cut and shut..but why cut off the connectors which are basically priceless to the uninitiated…thanks for this link that links to other useful stuff, gold star for you. 👌
thanks for the info, just wondering about the overheating/flame sensor that is on the eber, did you replace it with a chinese one, I see yours has two brown wires as to the eber has 3 green brown and blue?
