Nice stuff bro. But I have to comment on what happened in the background at 5:41 . Dumbest shit I have ever seen like: "Weighted kipping chicken wing muscle-up." Just started doing muscle ups with 2.5kg added but I feel comfortable with it unlike this guy. Smh....

try something else than 5x5. increase the volume, more reps. To do this for a couple of weeks then back to 5x5.
