    Hey Micha, Love the new serie on Hybrid Training !
    Thank you so much for putting the weight, set & reps on screen, this is really informative !
    What about the rest ? How much time do you rest in between sets ?
    Thanks again ,

    Love the video but should you do muscle ups on push day or pull day🤔

      Aleksis Armendariz deffo pull day. These few straight bar dips... low intensity & low volume.. so has nearly no impact

      I was thinking if it would be better to do muscle ups on push days because you're doing an explosive pull up using momentum and a deep dip

      Aleksis Armendariz in the end, you can do it as you want. But clean muscle ups require a lot pull but less push strength. Thats a fact 😊

      Okay thanks definitely going to start doing them on push days haven't been sure which is better so I have been doing upper/lower and full body splits but I like more push/pull/legs so thanks a lot for answering

    Why do you train to failure in everyset? Is it recommended?

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sometimes yes but in general it's better to keep 1-2 reps in reserve to have a better technique and less fatigue.

    It would be the biggest mistake picking a fight with these guys

      Abusufyaan Daniels as far as we know they only have muscle, no skill or fighting experience. Someone with experience could easily take them down
