Do ensure the load on the roof does not exceed the Subaru Factory dynamic load limit of 80kg. Safety is priority ya!

According to TH-camr, if they feel lazy, they just use rtt instead of normal tent as rtt can be setup fast n vice versa. Make sure u get enough clearance when entering toll or indoor parking at indoor mall.. 😀
Haha yea the clearance was abit of a concern but thankfully mine is slightly below 2.1m so i'm safe!

Oh, I am planning to get a hard shell for my 2016 forester but have concern on how to load it up to my roof if I will to get one... Will be very interested to know how you like the soft one...Looking forward for your next video. BTW what is the weight of this tent?
Hi there. Usually installation can be done at the place you buy your RTT from (unless you buy just the tent yourself online) along with installation of a roof rack/crossbars. Do check the load rating of your vehicle and roof rack first! This tent i'm having is nearly 60kg :)

Not all vehicles because RTTs can be too heavy for smaller sedans

It has 2-3 person capacity, static weight capacity is 250kg :)

Will it a problem to enter mall or parking with that?
Usually parking/mall/highway tolls have a clearance of 2.1m... my vehicle with the RTT on currently is slightly below 2.1m so still okay. Really close though!

What is the weight?
This particular one is about 60kg. IRG has different types that weigh differently, depending on the type of vehicle. Can get more info from them :)

I spent about 4k for the crossbar just to install the RTT 😅
