If they make Ronnie “gay” I will be very disappointed. Everybody doesn’t have to be gay. They should just leave Ronnie as socially awkward due to being in prison. They also should show a flashback episode of what Ronnie was like before he went to prison and what led to him going to prison. That would allow Unique to come back for one more episode in the prequel. I think it would be dope.

POWER is chess that's why we see OG Kanan in jail playing chess on his release.
I wouldn't say Ronnie struggles to adapt or engage appropriately in social interactions. He truly doesn't give a VUCK and there's a difference. On another note, fans got massaged and conditioned with Raq and Unique's lil' love story. But let's not forget like Ronnie hasn't and Movie Bot touched on, she is the reason, Unique lost what they had. If I was Ronnie and I saw my brother sleeping with the enemy after what happened, and his empire and crew are no more? I think his reaction and feelings are totally justified. Unfortunately, Unique was killed by his brother and I wish Unique could have stuck around as I enjoyed the character but with a guy like Ronnie and Raq doing what she did someone had to go and it started with his own brother. Raq has a red dot on her chest and Ronnie is the man who put it there. He's cleverly scheming to rebuild his empire and ultimately destroy Raq whether it be directly or through her son. This makes a lot of sense. In fact I feel this gives more evidence that Ronnie might indeed be Breeze. One thing about Power is u see a lot of parallel arcs because u always have the older teaching and mentoring the younger newer generation. Ronnie’s connection and his taking Kanan under his wing even maybe manipulating him against his mother is parallel to what Kanan did with Tariq against his dad Ghost. When talking about Breeze in OG Power there are snippets of clues that point to Ronnie being Breeze. Even when Ghost said he loved Breeze like a brother I feel he may have learned a lot from how Ronnie/Breeze operated. Yes he is socially awkward but some of his actions are smart and ruthless. Characteristics a young up and coming hustler would admire and want to somewhat emulate

@moviebot this is just a thought. Is it possible that Ronnie was Defcons secret lover. Maybe his hatred for Raq is based on Raq knowing Ronnie is gay. I also believe that Raq got High Post and Ronnie out her way by putting law enforcement on them. My theory is based on how close Howard was with Unique or maybe Unique put law enforcement on Ronnie to get him out the way for himself. Just a thought

To me, it doesn't make sense that Ronnie knows Howard is Kanan's father, or Def-Con was gay. Ronnie is not the kind to wait. If he has a play, he's going for it.

It's all chess my guy Kanan is king 1 move, Raq is queen all over the board protecting the king at all costs, knights are Lou and Marv doing then L, Howard and Unique bishops moving across the board, famous and juke castles. POWER is chess that's why we see OG Kanan in jail playing chess on his release.
I wouldn't say Ronnie struggles to adapt or engage appropriately in social interactions. He truly doesn't give a VUCK and there's a difference.
On another note, fans got massaged and conditioned with Raq and Unique's lil' love story. But let's not forget like Ronnie hasn't and Movie Bot touched on, she is the reason, Unique lost what they had. If I was Ronnie and I saw my brother sleeping with the enemy after what happened, and his empire and crew are no more? I think his reaction and feelings are totally justified. Unfortunately, Unique was killed by his brother and I wish Unique could have stuck around as I enjoyed the character but with a guy like Ronnie and Raq doing what she did someone had to go and it started with his own brother. Raq has a red dot on her chest and Ronnie is the man who put it there. He's cleverly scheming to rebuild his empire and ultimately destroy Raq whether it be directly or through her son. I look forward to more character development of Ronnie. Great acting down to the smallest of details, that Julliard education paid off. lol
This makes a lot of sense. In fact I feel this gives more evidence that Ronnie might indeed be Breeze. One thing about Power is u see a lot of parallel arcs because u always have the older teaching and mentoring the younger newer generation. Ronnie’s connection and his taking Kanan under his wing even maybe manipulating him against his mother is parallel to what Kanan did with Tariq against his dad Ghost. When talking about Breeze in OG Power there are snippets of clues that point to Ronnie being Breeze. Even when Ghost said he loved Breeze like a brother I feel he may have learned a lot from how Ronnie/Breeze operated. Yes he is socially awkward but some of his actions are smart and ruthless. Characteristics a young up and coming hustler would admire and want to somewhat emulate
I hope they don’t make Ronnie gay and I say that as a Queer person myself. Its just unnecessary and will convolute the storytelling. Power’s viewers cant get past that,just look at the hatred they have for any little thing Drew does. This story doesn’t need that twist.
I believe once we see Ronnie get his money up, we will see a different side to his character.

Like I said before! I believe that Ronnie got caught back 3 years ago when Raq were the CI for Howard! And, it won’t take much to turn Kanan against Raq! Especially, when he finds out about the gun? Also, he could update not have killed Famous because Famous were in jail with Kanan in Power! That were her doing! Ronnie has to go! No reason to have that lunatic out on the streets!
