What’s interesting about Cane is that if he and Tariq ever teamed up, they could dominate the streets for years. The issue is, Cane will never respect Tariq, and because of that, Tariq will never be able to fully trust him. On the other hand, I can see a scenario where Tariq and Dru could form a solid partnership. Their dynamic is different, but it has the potential to be just as strong. Even though they started the season at odds, there’s a growing respect between them. Plus, Tariq is both more capable and more ruthless than Dru. If Tariq keeps Brayden in the mix, Dru wouldn’t have much of a choice but to fall in line. In exchange, Tariq could let it appear as though Dru is running things, which would allow Tariq to keep his distance from the street life. That being said, I think we’re heading toward a final showdown where Cane gets taken out. It’s the only conclusion that makes sense at this point.

So the actress who plays Effie spoke in an interview earlier this year about her and Cane bond and she stated that he was also sexually molested when he was younger. I wouldn’t be surprised if cane ended up on drugs at some point because power has a thing with having one brother struggling with alcohol and the other having trouble drug problems and we’ve already seen dru have some problems with alcohol so I wouldn’t be surprised if cane drug problems also Marvin and jenard two characters from the other books who cane is very similar to were on drugs and with the rivalry between Tariq and cane is somewhat similar to the rivalry between Meech and Lamar from bmf and Lamar ended up on drugs at the end of season two so I wouldn’t be surprised if things such as effie as well her possibly choosing Tariq over him, and killing dru and possibly Monet disowning him from the last time end up being the reasons why cane turns to drugs especially since Tariq wants his enemies to have a fate worse than death

I feel like they’re setting up for Effie to die because the entire series her storyline has been centered around Tariq now they’re giving her story outside of him which she wants to get out of the game and in power when someone starts to talking like that they’re usually on their way out on top of the fact we’re supposed to be getting into her backstory and seeing her mother and usually when a character gets too much backstory that means they’re about to die and Effie is no longer with Tariq or cane and no one in power moves on from a relationship unless they’re gonna get back together or die
There’s no doubt that cane would protect Effie but would Effie protect cane? Because in the first episode of the season when cane at was at stansfield trying to kill Tariq Effie warned him that cane was coming for him I wonder if Effie would do the same if Tariq tried to kill cane because I do feel like there’s gonna come a time where she’s gonna have to make a choice between them

Noma gonna off Effie and cane is gonna see the bigger picture because deep down he feels what Effie is feeling too and he’s gonna dead noma and save his family from the task force
I would definitely watch a chain spin off, and to think inthe beginning I didn't like his character. But as the show went on he became my favorite on this spin off
Effie is like Andre. I think Brayden or Diana will kill her for her doing something foul to Tariq or Cane. She gonna get accepted into Stanford and will be about to leave and something drags her back for one last time, but it gets her killed. Like Andre when he had the chance to leave NY, but went back to kill ghost and got locked up instead.
Effie is tge one for Cane because she needs him. Noma and Mona belittles him. Noma and Mona will die off, I would like to see effie and Cane in the next series, along with Tyrik and Diana. Dru can go.

I still have this feeling that Cane is gonna kill Effie. I see how close they are, but Effie shouldn't betray Cane, trying to get out. She might end up getting out with a bullet. If they do introduce Effie's backstory, then this might be one of the saddest deaths in the Power universe

So the actress who plays Effie spoke in an interview earlier this year about her and Cane bond and she stated that he was also sexually molested when he was younger. I guess that’s the thing that happened to Cane when he was younger. I wonder if they are going to say that this season or is that just what’s been alluded too without saying it cause for her to say that in a interview it has to be apart of the show.

I wouldn’t be surprised if cane ended up on drugs at some point because power has a thing with having one brother struggling with alcohol and the other having trouble drug problems and we’ve already seen dru have some problems with alcohol so I wouldn’t be surprised if cane drug problems also Marvin and jenard two characters from the other books who cane is very similar to were on drugs and with the rivalry between Tariq and cane is somewhat similar to the rivalry between Meech and Lamar from bmf and Lamar ended up on drugs at the end of season two so I wouldn’t be surprised if things such as effie as well her possibly choosing Tariq over him, and killing dru and possibly Monet disowning him from the last time end up being the reasons why cane turns to drugs especially since Tariq wants his enemies to have a fate worse than death
