Wow. If this is truly your first race, you have excellent instinct and great line selection. You didn't follow. Pretty impressive. You've clearly had plenty of non-racing seat time!
Good bro!!! You kept your composure and stick with it.. Nice race... But when you coming in a berm or a rut gear down one or two before going in it... It keep the bike in it R's so you can shoot the bike out fast!! Great race..
nice race. Just to put it out there i noticed your fuel vent. On my buddys bike a few month ago the check valve stuck closed on the end of it and caused it to not flow right and run lean. He had to have a top and bottom end rebuilt from it. we always run the tube over the bars now
Dude that was pretty damn good! You stayed in 3rd then dropped back to 5th but waited for them to slip took advantage if that and got 3rd back! Great job
awesome man. and i know how the old bikes feel! my first time here was when i was 14 on a 1997 yz125 that was ragged all to hell and i ended up hitting the 100 footer like my second trip there it was sketchy honeslty dont know how i kept it on 2 wheels. then i go crash my nice kx its just my luck i guess haha
For all those who says this isnt his first race, I've known people that are twice as fast as this kid and never lined up on a gate before. He did very good for the first gate drop most choke and end up in the back off the start.
Yeah great ride u must have good practice track or some friends who race to ride with...I was waiting to see if u panicked when those two guys got around u but u didn't,show me some video of u riding from the track side not the Helmut go pro,and ok teach u how I get a hole shot almost every time there s some basic steps getting out and over the gate getting good traction and then getting to the turn and thru it as best as u can using the opening the main tip is how I get over the gate that crucial part is the beginning of getting the holeshot watch the starts and you will notice the good starters doing something that the others don't see if u can figure it out....thanks good run keep riding like that nice work.just need to work on your corner speed a little smoother and get on the gas earlier,,weight your outside peg to plant the bike, nice track not very wide but fun...
its a great beginner im 14 and i ride and race them just take it easy and get use to the power after that learn to speed shift and u pretty well get practicing for ur first race as well
weird how the person with the 2-stoke can almost get the wholeshot and is in 3rd the whole time????? haha no hate on 4-strokes there all fun great race! keep the vids coming.
normally people start there first race in C class, and those guys at 1:47 ahead of him are doing PHAT whips so no way that's C class r no way that's his first race
I think this is my bike now because I also live in georgia and my 2000 yz125 looks just like that same graphics and the two fmf stickers on the front fender I must have bought it from the guy you sold it to
u did really good for ur first race but u did make a few mistakes u should never let go of the gas unless ur to fast and going to clear a jump and go flat u should also take ur corners a bit faster to and i noticed how people got away from u from ur turns u should go a bit more faster in them and take off a bit more sooner for u can carry the speed through the corner and then onto the jump ur holeshot was really good u shouldnt let go of the gas either befor the turn u should hold it til u have enough room to brake and get around it faster but other than tht u did really well and for the people saying i dont know what im saying i do i raced 85 expert as well of a yz 125
Dominic Cole wondering the same thing I raced at Daniels ridge in nc , but I can't remember it enough to know if this is in north carolina or if it's a different one
That's a good first race
Wyatt Cornish woqh
When I clicked this, I honestly expected a back of the pack race but dude you were hauling!
this is how I imagined my first race to be but I got arm pump so fast 😂
Guys he could have just rode the track a ton and never bothered to race.
+Burnin Green I mean, I've only raced once in 3 years of riding. But all I do is ride tracks, and the desert.
TheFakeOats or he practiced a lot of tracks with them type of jumps
TheFakeOats to be honest he could of, but that’s just practice, considering practicing makes perfect
Good race ,good race. Keep pushing ! Life is short so GRIP it and RIP it! ;)
Hi ich fahre Motorrad du
Wow. If this is truly your first race, you have excellent instinct and great line selection. You didn't follow. Pretty impressive. You've clearly had plenty of non-racing seat time!

This was you're first race? Good job! You were smart and practiced a lot before going out!

Good bro!!! You kept your composure and stick with it.. Nice race... But when you coming in a berm or a rut gear down one or two before going in it... It keep the bike in it R's so you can shoot the bike out fast!! Great race..
thats pretty fast for ur first race! good job
Great job
looked great to me - great job - two strokes rule

He said first race, that doesn't mean it's his first time on a track
Michael Saunders

awesome man. and i know how the old bikes feel! my first time here was when i was 14 on a 1997 yz125 that was ragged all to hell and i ended up hitting the 100 footer like my second trip there it was sketchy honeslty dont know how i kept it on 2 wheels. then i go crash my nice kx its just my luck i guess haha

For all those who says this isnt his first race, I've known people that are twice as fast as this kid and never lined up on a gate before. He did very good for the first gate drop most choke and end up in the back off the start.
The sound of a 2 stroke is like a musical instrument when played right!
is this bike at Duane Cornetts being rebuilt right now ???
Yeah great ride u must have good practice track or some friends who race to ride with...I was waiting to see if u panicked when those two guys got around u but u didn't,show me some video of u riding from the track side not the Helmut go pro,and ok teach u how I get a hole shot almost every time there s some basic steps getting out and over the gate getting good traction and then getting to the turn and thru it as best as u can using the opening the main tip is how I get over the gate that crucial part is the beginning of getting the holeshot watch the starts and you will notice the good starters doing something that the others don't see if u can figure it out....thanks good run keep riding like that nice work.just need to work on your corner speed a little smoother and get on the gas earlier,,weight your outside peg to plant the bike, nice track not very wide but fun...

good race dude. would u recommend this bike to a beginner? im about 5 7 and have only ridden a couple times
No to much power for a beginner. good beginner bike would be like a crf ttr 230
carson gallegos No way. TTR is way to heavy. Go with a 125 bro
xXJakePlaysXx ok thanks
Nick Biedermann Yeah i just started and am only 3 inches less than you but still got Yz 125... but it was a lottt!!! of power at first.
its a great beginner im 14 and i ride and race them just take it easy and get use to the power after that learn to speed shift and u pretty well get practicing for ur first race as well

Ethan Hatley either that or he's put ALOT of track practice in
Ethan Hatley he has probably been riding for a long time just because it's his first race doesn't mean he has never ridin a bike
Nice yz bro. Watching this video makes more reved 2 get my yz
Nick i wouldn't recommend that bike to a begginer for a 125 this bikes have crazy power. I started of on a CRF 150 F now I'm on a YZ 250

Is that track in Carolina?
Dominic Cole wondering the same thing I raced at Daniels ridge in nc , but I can't remember it enough to know if this is in north carolina or if it's a different one
Taylorsville nc I grew up racing this track
