Haha same, got dead last, 7th out of the 7 of us in my class. Hoping this year I can place up and get top 5. I’m starting to clear jumps now and got the starts down
On my first mx race ever there was 10 people and I did the same start a you but still caught up to them and past 6 people and came 4.Im only 11 and I ride a KTM 65 SX Love the vid
nice race! Track looks pretty fun. I love races. I'm gonna give it another go for the 2017 season to qualify for Lorretta Lynns. Almost made it in 2015 in 250C.
@@RickyHardman313 That's awesome Ricky!!👍 Really liked how you kept your cool after a rough start & rode to a good finish!!🏁 I subscribed to your channel..Keep posting the great videos!! Good luck and be safe my friend!!😉🤘
hey man pretty good for a first timer- except for that start though. Start in first and just dump the clutch and you should be good. That guy at 1:34 to your left was hilarious
nice job...im only 12 but i am sponsered so u should listen to my tips...gas it on da corners more and slide forward as far as u can and stick out your leg on da corners...but for ur first race thats great and keep racing man...good job👍👍👍
MY first race, I had butterflies, big time. On the start, I locked the rear brake, got knocked over, butterflies escaped on my right boot(barfed), all by turn two! I had not been riding long and let my nerves get the best of me. That was twenty four bikes ago, in '75. Jeff Ward was in our little group, when they had JWRP.
Not bad for the first race if I was you I would’ve pinned it out on the straight aways. It looked like you was holding it back a little bit but nice job 👍
I honestly hate loose dirt and sand. I'm not a very good rider, but I do have a lot of experience and the best tip I can give you for loose dirt and sand is faster=more traction.
awesome race man my dad way there on a 2002 yz125 he was in the +30 class and Open begginer what bike was that u were riding? 250 or 450? if u may have seen my dad his number is 56! i will be going to full throttle next race! i am going to be in the Open begginer class!! c u there!!haha
How old were you back then/ are you? Because im 16 and i reaally wanna do motocrossing when im 18 because my parents dont allow me to. Do you think i will be too old already?
I'm 18 and I'm starting now, the difference between starting younger and older is that when you are younger you don't have that fear factor as much plus you learn things quicker.
Not bad mate I race motocross as well you aren't bad at all when it comes to the tabletops and the whoops but when you go round the corners try use that ridge to your advantage basically have it pinned because really you excel at the whoops and the triples but the corners are honestly your weak point so try powerslide or let your wheel slide out or let yourself get close to the ground and rather than easing of the throttle give it some more now I know you stalled at the beginning (its alright happens to all of us) but next time try get the holeshot if you are in front in that first corner you have a crazy advantage because likely people will crash behind you and cause backups and ultimately slow people down but you being in front won't be affected but great job mate awesome for your first race oh and also get rid of that green piece of shit 😜😜😜 TEAM ORANGE!
can somebody explain me what happened to the guy at 1:34 ?? That happened to me today doing an 8 figure drill, ive fell like 6 times and i dont seem to understand how to get the hang of it
the dirt is so loose you can't lean forward and you gotta try and go a bit faster. I've done it before but it was because a big ass 4 stroke scared the shit out of me and my dumbass hit the front brakes so I flew over my bars. lesson learned. This was about 15 years ago when I had my kx100.
don't ask for someone to check your gopro 20 seconds before they take off. They are trying to focus on the face. I personally hate it when people do that
This race is pretty old now , check to see how I’ve improved since this !

1:34 it was at this moment, i laughed so hard
Veikko Kesti haha me too
haha so did I
Am I the only one who would want to stop and help the dude who fell near the start? XD
Cameron Putt I would too
Cameron Putt depends how bad and how serious race was
I did that in my first race
of course most people who are empathetic would want to help but if he isn't hurt and you're trying to get better I would leave him.
if it's a real bad crash then yes you help but if it's minor you leave them, it's normal
Lmao the first kid he passed when he fell on that corner I just died laughing 😂
Yea that was pretty funny , must’ve made him nervous 😂
You done really well for your first race, better than my first :D
i agree, my first race i got tenth out of thirty riders
bummer youv missed the start you ride good mate
Awesome video! putting this in my Playlist bro. Good job.
The guy 1.34 just give up on life right there on the track 😂😂🤣👌🏾
Good job we could watch your confidence grow with each lap
That was an incredible recovery after that start.

Great driving, good luck in your next race.
For your first moto, you did good, keep up the hard work
He’s faster than u now
Awesome video. You did a lot better then I did my first race.

Wow! Frist race and that good. Keep it going
This is above average for a first race. Awesome ride
The only thing I can see at 2:37 is you sending the absolute shit out of that thing on your 450 lol
did he bar drag at 1:35
Got stuck in the diet i think
That carnage at 1:33 though... I hope he's ok!
At the start I have done the exact same thing but nice vid and keep up the good work
I would love to be seeing myself doing that someday soon! Maybe just a little faster on the turns :P
cool vid the start was like Villopotos mxgp race
Good come back 👌
Ik this video is old and ur probably not going to respond but I’m a new rider and I was wondering do u have any tips for me
What kind of bike do you ride?
Getman 43 2003 Kawasaki kx85

I'm gonna tell you now kiddo, he's way faster now. This race was 2 years ago! Go watch his other races, you should be taken tips from him
Also, sponsors mean nothing
This man said... I'm sponsored listen to me 😂 shut up😂 you ain't shit lol guy
How long had you been riding before this race? Because you're very good.

Decent comeback
You did good nice job I race to. I'm just on my grandmas I pad I'm 11 and I race a 125 2 stroke 85 cc
+Kathy Gianni 125 2 stroke 85 cc that doesn't make sense. Is it a 125cc or a 85cc bike?
+Sincostan I know 😂😂😂
Is it a 125 or an 85?! "125 2 stroke 85cc"
good job on your first race
Good job man!
Dude you were picking them off like a sniper
Motomasters, in maple view. Knew it without even seeing the description. I'm from oswego, grew up in mexico at the track.
tough luck at the start bud...good job just keep practicing
Pretty good race for ur first even though u stalled ur bike !
My first race started just like yours

well my mum dont let me but my dad lets me so i moved in with dad :')
Im 13 and im good at riding 85cc
Kurt Fenech buy a 125! :)
you need to put your elbows up and enter the corners with your front brake. also go faster
Thanks for the tips man. I think I’ve seen you ride , if you want lessons I can hook you up
@@RickyHardman313 yeah i would like to know how to be lapped. seems like you got that part down

I Just realised this was 3 years ago but still good job mate hahaha
Well done pity about the start but still good 👍
you need to stay in a lower gear around the corners so u can get around them a hella lot faster
my dad always told me to shift down to first in the corners and he was completely right
Anonymous definitely second on those tight corners
Sick dude keep riding
If you want to get a good starting at at the gate go down on your gear then up so on second gear then you really good to get out the gate
1:34 i laughed so hard😂😂😂😂
can somebody explain me what happened to the guy at 1:34 ?? That happened to me today doing an 8 figure drill, ive fell like 6 times and i dont seem to understand how to get the hang of it
+1703rafa leaned to far forwards.. weight over the front wheel causing it to bind in the sand.

looks like a nice track. lots of spots to pin it!
Nice job but next time try to go a little bit faster then you'll definitely win!
Corey Bequette Thanks for the tip hahaha
cool ride!
Pretty good for a beginner only the start..
In Portugal we start all together, why do you have 2 starts?
It was two different classes. We would normally have one start. 😀
+Jake Kurtz Well but they ride the same track, that doesn't sound right xD They should start together and in the end split the classes :o
Honestly, went a lot better then I thought it would at the start!
cool race
Great Ride!
Damn man unlucky start
So how was it? Was your hear racing as well?
I love moto masters
Nice job
Thanks !
where's this race at?
Ahhh the good ol “is it blinking” check to make sure you didn’t just spend 10 minutes with the goPro not recording
Changed the settings to 1 touch these days to save myself the embarrassment 😂
Do 125s an 250f race in the same class i might start racing
Yes you could race a 125 in the 450 class too
Lol I did that start at my local faircross I feel your pain
good job!
250f's and 125s?
I know how that feels my first race started the same way lol
What class were you in

@freddo 1614 he can put whatever stickers he wants in most cases it has nothing to do with being sponsored
This was years ago haha I have real sponsors now the goon stickers are off
