Tight pressure defense can be hard to deal with, especially with contact, but some players use the basketball moves and tips in this video to beat those physical defenders easily.
In this tutorial you'll learn how to deal with defenders that push into you with an arm bar, hook you with their arm, grab your shirt, or even lean into you with their legs, hips and chest.
Every one of those tactics can be used against a defender and you'll learn moves and tactics for each those situations.
These are the kind of skills you MUST develop if you want to play high levels of basketball, because sooner or later you're going to encounter defenders that play you this way.
The good news is, with the techniques in this video those same defenders will actually be giving YOU an ADVANTAGE!

1:55 off arm, keep arm at 90 degree with elbow
Be subtle push more with shoulder, don't extend the arm
4:05 when defenders try to hook you. pin the defender with your off hand, hook their arm underhand
6:05 use your legs the way u would use the off arm, curl the leg right around their lead leg. Leg across body
7:00 quick step back and forward to cut angle off
6:40 second option to beat defender, put off hand on defender hip

The issue with the physical defender where I play is he pushes, A LOT. There's SOO much contact that the only way you can attack them straightforward is by having your back towards them. Or you could call for a foul BUT since I'm trynna get better control of the ball and handling contact I beat them by baiting them. I beat them off the dribble before attacking. Not just a regular beating no you have to TRULY get them with your handles

I'm trying to learn how to do that, but after seeing it in action, I should be better at getting rid of the defender.
