The hood on that Ford with the window in it was a factory option that year, but not many people ordered it. Ford was very proud of their new OHV V-8 and wanted you to see it! And did you just walk right past the Doane Spencer Roadster without even a glance??!! I guess it was tucked in back there and would have been hard to film. The chopped '32 coupe next to it is an icon, too, but I can't remember the details off of the top of my head.
@wilburross9709 They instructed us not to walk between cars, we tried not to, and so much to see and hold a camera. I always miss something. Thanks for watching!
@@bobbrinkerhoff3592 Thank you. Maybe I'd be disappointed with the Peterson Museum, I expected it to only have cars like that. Like a history of Hot Rod Magazine. Maybe some old Hollywood cars thrown in, cars used in movies, etc. Of course, this is just the storage garage and they do have Roth's Outlaw down there, so that was cool. Maybe the Caddie was Marilyn Monroe's or something?
Oh it's a Plymouth. Yeah it's a pretty famous car. I can't believe I get to see it in person. Then on to the next one. Why not at least mention what it is? It's the XNR, a concept car built around the new engine they introduced that year-the Slant 6!
Please do better next time. Actually (with all do respect) don't bother. You two are more in awe over everything you see and what youlike only that you missed very important autos in history do to your lack of knowledge about what your seeing. Unfortunately you two are not the people to do a video for you tube. This video should be more for a personal keepsake. Sorry
So many cars so close together, alot too look at tks for sharin guys

@@wilburross9709 I will do better next time.
Let someone else film these and talk about them. You two just need to be by yourselves and tour the museum.
I watched the video with the volume off, the constant un informative banter was annoying.
I get it, I'm just a car guy excited to be there. I’ll do better next time.
