13:38 He can throw three lightning bolts at once, so why didn't he do that in season 4 to stop the bomb from exploding?
He had to enter Flash Time which stops time completely, it takes a lot of energy to stop time, so he couldn't get the energy he needed
He can slow down time, and stop time, stop time takes a lot of energy
That's why when he complains to Iris saying that I couldn't do it, it's because he's very tired and running out of energy.
I think he split one lightning bolt into three, which isn’t exactly shooting 3 at a time. I remember they needed the energy from 3 WHOLE bolts, and dividing one into three wouldn’t have given them the amount of energy they needed

I swear iris could've died and the show would've probably been a lot better. They made Cecil annoying, Caitlyn useless(×2), cisco disappear, villians super lame and the flash hardly to be seen. Seriously, wtf happened? This all feels deliberate especially will all the bs girl power they shoved in our faces for no reason.
