- Playing some Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox SERIES X in 2023, as you can see... they have finally fixed the servers for MW3 and the game is now playable on Xbox consoles.

I bought a series x and for some reason my mw3 doesn't look nearly as good as yours. Mine is blurry. I'm playing at 1440p on a 1440p monitor
@@shierfuzzball6956 it looks like that for me too. its because on my recording it looks good, but on my monitor it looks blurry.. i think it has to do with the fact that xbox is running a xbox 360 emulator, so that's why it looks like that. nothing to worry about man

The one problem I noticed with these backwards compatible cods is the input lag. I can’t stand it. It takes a long time to get used to for me

really?? im having no issues imo.. sure its there, but i use a wired controller and it seems fine to me (ik the input lag is not only on the controller), you just gotta play this and you will be fine.
Turn off both Dolby options on Xbox TV & Display settings. Might help.

Yep. I’ve been playing all the old cods with little to no issues.

i think its a problem with xbox 360 profile.. make sure u have your xbox profile set as home xbox and then try again.

Thinking about purchasing this for series S but I don't want to if there are gonna be hackers or cheaters so for those of you who are playing in 2023 how bad is that problem?
ill tell you this. MW3,BO1 and AWAW... theres almost no hackers. BO2 and MW2 are full of hackers. your safe to try it yourself man.

Input lag is bad any fix, im on the series x.
Use a wired controller and also have VRR on
I disabled the the theatre mode which helped, better than before but not perfect
Also changed to 720p much better,
what do you clip and edit with? ur quality is so nice and crisp

Hi does the movement when in game like looking left to right feel abit delayed compared to the new cods if you know what i mean or is it the console im playing on the 360
I think that's happening 'cause the controller deadzone. It probably Is set in high AND the problem Is that, there are no options to change it
Sounds like a controller sensitivity issue. The movement overall is also a lot slower on purpose to promote more skilled shooting gameplay and not the ability to sprint around and super unrealistic speeds like the new cods

if you play on xbox one or xbox series console... sadly you can't. this is because its run on an emulator.

The only way is to use an older tv with less pixels mate but it won't make that much of a difference.
Does changing to 720p do anything
I’m trying to play multiplayer but it says I have to download the some maps but when I go to download it’s says it’s not available and now I can’t play multiplayer because of it. Have any ideas how to fix it (Xbox series x)
Same thing happened to me, just make sure are installed then reset Xbox
It happened to me as well. On series S. What I did was to open the MW3 game card and that redirected me to the Xbox store. From there I downloaded like two or three add ons of some maps that are free. After that the game was working fine, looking for matches and everything. Hope it helps

Hey dude i downloaded the 3 maps that are free, i installed them as you showed on the vid by selecting all and saving changes, when i load the game it still wont let me play online as says you need to download the free dlc maps
When i press okay it takes me too the 360 store with tge 2 dlc maps available for free and yes to download, but obviously i have already downloaded and isntlaled them !

Turn off theatre mode, change resolution to 720p on console graphics are better and also input lag

Press both menu buttons (on Xbox controllers) when the invite pops up to get to the 360 Home Screen!!
Whenever I load up the game, it won’t let me connect and kicks me out of Xbox live, I am desperate to play and can’t 😢
Delete your 360 saved data in settings it should work after that
