Regardless of his age during filming, you get a cgi body, and an actor who is 21 when the film was finally shown to audiences. That's because Na'vi age faster, why they don't look nor feel like the corresponding human age kid of 14/15. They are the equivalent of an older human being in terms of mental and physical development, that much should be obvious. Same for Neytiri in the first movie, NEVER felt or looked 18, but much older.
