Girl I needed this... I watched your earlier essay crisis videos when I started uni and now I'm struggling to write my honors thesis in history. This couldn't have come at a better time! I could be writing about the most interesting thing in the world and it's still a struggle to write.
You are so efficient! I have about 1.5 months to write 2000 words and it'll probably take that long unless I put pressure on myself :) Taking notes before writing like what you do really helped me (managed to do most of my previous assignment at the airport and on the plane old school style). You could always be a singer if you needed a change of career!

Here PhDs are paid positions (2400-3100 euros/month dependent on the year you are in) and education/research guidance is very high quality! Wishing you a lot of success with securing a PhD position from a PhD student in The Netherlands :)
Fellow PhD in NL here, money isn't bad true.. high quality research guidance where though hahah no seriously, that is supervisor and group dependent not a country wide thing

Good luck! ... You know, I got a PhD degree in 2018 (I graduated with honours from the university; in musicology). Well, it was worthless. I ended up unemployed. I'm not from the UK nor the US though. People got jobs only because of favoritism and nepotism. No one cared that I wrote a great PhD thesis , no one ever cared that I got perfect grades. No one wanted to hire me and they didn't even want to tell me why. No feedback. Nothing. Good luck to all!

After 6 years of studying my PhD, I´m telling you... LEAVE, BE FREE....It takes away years of health and happiness with the amount of stress a PhD student has to overcome. Is not worthy at all, there are much humane ways to be trained as a researcher and make good money. Academia es very very faraway from the real world and the gap is bigger and bigger each passing day. Well, I surely will not disuade you from it, but I told so. Anyway, good luck.

If you're looking for another post-secondary institution then perhaps the University of Regina in Saskatchewan, Canada would be a great place for you to apply to. They may not be as well-known as Oxford or Harvard, but the education is impeccable. I believe the field of education is one of their specialties. 😉In all seriousness though wherever your life journey takes you I wish you well.
Law school exams are this in 4 hours which I think processing makes a task like this seem very doable when you feel overwhelmed…esp if it’s not super dry material 💤 lol
