Until recently I had a BA prepaid master card, loved and used it as my everyday card, unfortunately the scheme has now ended rather abruptly. I would love an Amex, but that's never going to happen. So this will be a plausible option. However, the lack of a companion voucher will put people off, or can they pay their amex bill with their debit card and thoretically get points twice? Thanks for the video!

Yeah, Revolut can't really compete with dedicated Avios cars (like BAPP with their companion voucher). I see it more as a fallback option that can complement a credit card rather than replace it (unless e.g. you have Ultra and buy in into the whole Revolut ecosystem).
Unfortunately, paying off your credit card bill won't generate any points. I suspect that falls under "cash like transactions" in their T&Cs: www.revolut.com/legal/RevPoints/

Do you mean the 1 Avios per £10 on the standard plan? I guess it's expensive to offer rewards on a debit card though.
