Are your homeowners afraid of this?
Tomorrow is my first appointment on my own. I'm excited. These videos really help. Thank you Adam.
I start my first day of door knocking in 2 days. You videos have given me an edge of confidence and a sense of direction. I think ur channel is wonderful and very helpful for someone trying to get into the industry. I’m a career line cook and am really excited to see what changes life can bring.
Adam, thank you, for FINALLY making a video that cuts straight to the chase. No editing on my end when presenting to homeowners lol. Finally!! The roof gods are singing Hallellujah!!
If you are able to get the homeowner to understand this it definitely works. I say all of that but here in Florida I also add that once we are done we will provide a wind mitigation inspection for you to send your insurance, and your premiums will actually go down.
That's a great tip, especially for Florida.
This could also be a good “why now” slide in a presentation.
Well said. It certainly could be!
I always say "if an unsupervised child sticks a fork in a light socket or if a huge storm hits every house in your neighborhood" then your premiums are going up.
The premium also will go up since the client will lose the Claim Free Discount if he has any.
Yes but I’ve already been using what you have said and it works thanks Adam!
I'm glad to hear my content has help you, Jacob!
