How do you get motivated when things suck?

Hey, Adam! I'll be starting my journey as a roofing advocate in early August. I'm saving up some funds to prepay my expenses while still employed at my current job and just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you and your videos are helping me prepare for what's to come next!
My initial motivator will be to not return to my previous job. I think this will stick with me though through my time as a roofing advocate (I forget the term you use, I like yours better). My long term Motivator is to live a comfortable life with my wife and eventually travel the world like we want to do.

I know this may not apply to everyone but I had a sort of rough uprbringing and the thing that keeps me going when I lose steam is this practice where I visualize some of the things I went through but with my kids in my place.
