The exercise at 3:36 is one of the exercises that I did through experimentation and found it to be the best exercise for relieving and improving my trigger finger condition. Pulling the finger back straight is the key to make this exercise painless. I'm so glad that it turned out to be an exercise recommender by a hand expert.

Omg old if I did the 1st exercise correctly I'm a go and try again but my ring finger it really helped, the exercise 2 and 3 definitely helped!!! I even have a tingling feeling afterwards but a good one, not the painful numb kind..more like a relief

does your doctor quack? Every doctor of medicine should know that there are many approaches to treatment of trigger finger. Non-invasive such as exercise always a good way to start.

You don't have a very good physician telling you that. I was referred to a specialist after finding results online myself that you can get steroid shots to help with it and it last for a year along with these physical finger movements and it will help. I'm dealing with it now

I don't know how to thank you but these 3 exercises you demonstrated fixed my 3 y/o trigger finger. I was battling with it from 2021 and doctors always dismissed me saying it's probably in my head and gave me pills. After my accident and using crutches, the trigger finger became much worse and painful. To the point of using something like 50% of my hand / palm / finger. After like 1 month of doing these exercises every day, multiple times a day my hand went from 50 % to over 95 % better. It's not perfect ofc but it feels normal again ( with very small exceptions. )
So again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Hi Michelle, I am a full-time manual wheelchair user and have had issues in the past with moderate carpal tunnel discomfort. Recently, I started feeling more trigger finger in my pointer fingers (both hands) and I came across your video today. The last two exercises really isolated the area I've been feeling. I canceled the cortisone injection. I'm so glad there are exercises. I've had this problem for several years and never knew there was hand therapy for it. I went to a top hand Md . He offered injection and surgery in one year if it Doesn’t work. I told him I wanted to do OT and splint.
I got a splint and the OT looked at me weird and said there’s no OT for trigger finger and the dr did not put an order in.
I’m also an amputee which makes it more complicated. I’m adapting your instructions
Well, I worked for 15 years as a medical interpreter and I’ve seen it done several times.

My hand doctor offered injection on the left middle finger, which I decided to accept, but when my right middle finger started triggering, I opted to see a hand therapist. Exercises have been slowing thing progression down but still triggering, so I cam here.
Prior to this, I was seeing a physical therapist for other stuff, and she said she didn't know anything about hands, so I'm guessing that's its own specialty, which might be why the OT said nothing to be done.

Outstanding results for me. I have Osteo & I'm a musician. Need my hands/fingers. I've had surgery for trigger finger in my left ring finger. Works great. Couple of years later the next finger started and couldn't play guitar cords. Found these exercises and they have helped me immensely. Almost 100% back. Thank you so very much for your expertise I'm also finding great results from a Hybrid MCT oil and a vitamin called Fast Arthritis pain relief. Thanks, you're Awesome !

I just did 2 of your videos consecutively. I have trigger finger of the ring finger in my dominant hand. My hand and trigger finger feel a lot better already. I just need to keep doing the exercises. I can't write or hardly brush my teeth, and it's difficult to cut veggies without the finger going into a painful cramp. This is apart from the generalized pain I have in my hand. I have high hopes that your exercises will help. Thank you.
