We brought this up to Thinkware as well and was told that this would minimize pricing. Indeed, the iVolt battery is the cheapest dash cam battery pack available.
Totally! However the Thinkware iVOLT BAB-50 does not come with a CLA included, so it will need to be purchased separately. You'll need the Cellink CLA, which is fully compatible.
All battery packs have the ability to plug into the cigarette socket, and can be extended too. We'd recommend the BlackboxMyCar PowerCell 8 battery pack if you want something with more mAh. The iVOLT cannot be extended by the way (no extended battery pack option available).
Hi, in your opinion which is the better option/trade offs between the Cell-link Neo & Thinkware? Another topic: have you researched the Vezo 360° dashcam. Still in development but shipping expected in Q1 of 2020...whats your thoughts?
The Neo is a superior device as it has higher power capacity as well as the very useful smartphone app integration. The iVolt is actually based on the predecessor to the Cellink Neo, called the Cellink B. We have not heard of nor looked into Vezo.
But why the adopter don't come with it, it's not like your unit is cheap anyway, a necessary item I gotta purchase for 30dolalrs

Can I bypass fuse box and solely use a cla to charge battery and connect that directly to camera?

Hi thanks for the video ... If it's 400 Canadian , do you think it's reasonable? And do you think I should get it? Thanks
Thinking of getting this but I’m currently running dual batteries in my car already so I think that’ll suffice.
If I put this battery pack at the back of my car, will the viofo hardwired kit’s cable long enough to reach the pack? Small car
You may need an extended hardwiring kit. Please contact us at info[at]blackboxmycar.com if you're interested in buying one.
@@blackboxmycar is the iVolt the only pack that can plug into a cigarette socket? And can it be extended (piggyback) like the power magic? Thanks

Where tu buy the cigarrete socket charger?
Hi there, reach out to our team at info[at]blackboxmycar.com and we'll set you up!
Is there any way to charge the battery inside my house?
You would need to buy a Cellink Neo 12V cigarette input cable, which you can then connect to the power inverter that we sell.
Does it safe when heat rises
Hi there, yes - battery packs are built to withstand high heat. You can learn more about it here: www.blackboxmycar.ca/pages/dash-cam-battery-packs
Does think go well with f-750?
Hi there, it will work with all Thinkware dash cams. Thanks for asking!

@@blackboxmycar Appreciate the response. Would like to see a review on the Vezo 360° when its available, thanks.
Hi Sun GOD, absolutely, we will have that on our list of things to look into.
Does it have battery extension capability for the ultimate super saiyan parking mode ever?
So like fusion-ha? We'll run the idea to Thinkware :)
Nice video..
Thanks!
