I actually thought these are easy, not until I did 6/10 drills with 3 sets each while already running out of breath and shaking knees 😂

It's for begginer player or intermediate? If we do 30 sec work then rest time 30 sec or half than the work sec?
this is for players of all levels (and non-badminton players too!) feel free to adjust the work / rest time as necessary for your skill level

once a week is good!
