One important thing: I mentioned that you need a lot of power in your calves in relation to your body weight if you want to push mainly on the fron foot. In most cases you will also feel that the heels will touch the floor and you also see that in most videos that I showed you.. Of course there is also not just one way or the other, but it is a continuum. Just try it out slowly and see if you can feel the difference yourself between pushing with the front foot and the full foot.
