Made this today with the Honey Crisp Apples,it was great but it had a little to much juice so next time I will leave it longer on the stove top to reduce and caramelize the liquid more.
I followed your directions to a tee…when I went to turn it upside down, a lot of liquid came out…at least one cup…did I use the wrong kind of apples? 😔

Not caramelized sufficiently. It should be much darker. Puff pastry is not the proper dough to use. Pate brisee is better. A tart is NOT a pie. Big difference.
So inlove with your kitchen and the way you explain for every recipe.
