Great vid! So just clarifying, the steps are: 1. Take 25 deep breaths 2. Stare at a blank wall (one point) 3. Start studying and take 10 sec breaks 4. Rest and do nothing Is this correct?
Thanks for the comment! Yep that is essentially it - of course there are many ways to go about each one (the ways mentioned are just one possible way) And just some minor corrections: 1. (my bad on this one) Take 25 deep breaths, and then exhale and hold for 15 seconds then inhale and hold until you have the slightest urge to breathe (I forgot to mention this last part in the video, but I added it in the text in the video) 2. Staring at any point is fine, and it is good to pick a point that is slightly far away But the rest of the steps are correct! It is good to hear you are willing to work hard on it - so my tip would be to watch khan academy or eddie woo videos on youtube for all the concepts you are learning - they explain the concepts in great detail and really helped me understand all of the methods topics Also, I got some tips and advice on maths methods in this playlist: th-cam.com/video/mVL4l3wOkhU/w-d-xo.html
Yes it helps with any form of learning. I also have an entire playlist for English covering my sample essays for free and additional tips And just to share my experience with English - I also used to be really bad at the subject, I actually failed one of my essays, but looking back it's definitely a subject that is more formulaic than it appears. And so I found studying sample essays a really helpful way for me to improve
Its weird how I enjoy watching JL Tutoring's informative and structured videos more than anime now... love the content!
hahaha thank you!
Banger video. Straight to the point, and very informative.
