My lawyer put all our documents in order in a document box, and we just brought the whole box. It even included our wedding album. We were scared but it went well. That was in 2000.

Not knowing something is not an automatic fail. The main thing is tell the truth. Our interview was back in 2000, but sounds like things have not changed much.

My spouse and I have been married for 7 years and we are still in the process of trying to get legal residence status. The amount of time and cost in this is ridiculous. I am thinking he should have just gone back to Mexico and waited out the ten year ban...it seems the amount of time is going to be the same.

My sister ‘s husband didn’t get the right name of my sister’s girlfriend that she was living with on first day of their outing that he parked his car outside and he said he met her once but my sister said multiple times in church but she introduced her friend once to her husband is that a marriage fraud but they got all questions correctly because they were both separated by the officer after they Took the oath to be interviewed
Finally the officer told them they will hear from Uscis with 2-3 weeks is that a sign of approval

Submit all the documents. So since I live here in US and she live overseas. What happens when she get interview at the embassy overseas? Should I go overseas and also attend the interview? Would the let me in? My spouse does not speak English as well? Thank you 🙏🏼
